During my accident, I called to ask about where I needed to send my car to, and Nicki sent me a text with ALL the information I needed. Not just where I send my car, but she called our insurance company, started the claim, and sent me all that info. Then afterwards Rightward really kept up with everything and handled all my questions that the insurance company didn't know. 110% love having Ryan and Nicki, they make everything so convenient and easy. When I call about any type of question, and they don't know the answer, they text me as soon as they do. I would give 100 stars if I could.

RightWay Insurance has been awesome so far! We made the switch within the past year, and the owner Ryan McGrew, shopped tons of providers and was able to find us a much cheaper rate for our home/auto policies and even caught that we'd been paying for some coverages previously that were not needed for our home. Besides the initial shopping experience they go the extra mile - thank you cards, condolences/how can we help cards when we had an auto accident, personalized follow-up calls and emails with customer service surveys, etc. Definitely feel like a valued customer here!
