Services
Protecting your vision can be as easy as regular screenings for underlying conditions and prescription updates that ensure your Rx is the most accurate for your vision needs. Adults 20-39 should have a complete vision exam every 2-3 years. After 40 eyes go through a lot of changes and might need to be screened every 1-2 years.
We now sell online. Pick a frame and choose from sun, clear reader or computer lenses, . Every pair is made-to-order - we'll craft your eyewear at our Optical Studio in NYC and send it straight to you. In order to have your eyewear made with your prescription, you must have visited HEYWEAR Studio and have your measurements and R Rx on file with us.

I absolutely LOVED HEYWEAR. Everyone was incredibly kind, there were a variety of frame choices and the eye exam was more thorough than I've had done at my usual eye doctor. Whether you're just looking for new frames to change up your look or are needing a refreshed eye prescription, HEYWEAR is the place for you! And for $99 for an exam and frames you really can't beat the price.

Had passed by this place a few weeks ago and decided to pop in today since I was looking for a new pair of glasses. This place is so so nice! the concept of glasses readily available in 30 mins is so handy especially if you have your prescription already! Everyone who works there is so sweet and welcoming and the frames are so chic and trendy. Thanks Heywear for my new frames i’m in love :)) Highly recommend over these big eyewear brands and sites !!

My kid lost her glasses in NJ. Came into the NY store, and she had a new pair in under 30 minutes. Very good value, very good quality, very friendly and helpful staff. I got a pair of prescription sunglasses while I was there … just because! Excellent place. Good luck guys. I hope to get my glasses from you for many years to come.

Super helpful staff. Great customer experience. Store layout music design were stylish but warm and not intimidating. Focused but still varied selection. SUPER fast streamlined experience from loading the Rx (I had my prescription already), checkout, final production/delivery. Once I picked my frames, it took 5min to order and checkout and 10min for the glasses to be ready. Amazing!

I was in the city for work and had only half a day of free time. I didn’t know the brand but saw a sign that glasses can be ready in 30min. Out of curiosity I went it and was surprised by the selection of styles and price! I gave them my prescription and the glasses were ready in 15min! Such an easy experience without any up selling. Fast, convenient, efficient and super stylish!

This place made my prescription sunglasses in less than 15 minutes. I used my existing prescription but you can get a (currently) free exam in the store, too! The styles are nice and lightweight. The staff was very helpful and there was honestly no fuss. Fast, true to word and cool styles. Plus I’m ready for my 9 hour drive now at a very low cost!! Impressive !!

Went here with my gf to get her a pair of new glasses. Friendly staff but all went downhill went my gf wanted to return them. On their website, it says "no questions asked" when returning yet the employee asked my gf 5 questions on why she was returning it.
Here is the really bad part. They refunded the wrong card. How does that even happen? They ended up refunding a completely different person. My gf only has one card and they kept asking us if we were sure if we didn't use another card. In the end, we never got a refund.

I had lost my glasses a couple years ago, and never got around to getting a new pair. I found out about Heywar through an Instagram ad, and I am blown away by their services. I walked in without an appointment and got to pick my frames while waiting.
All the employees are kind and informative. I walked in at 3PM, and walked out the store with my new glasses within 45 minutes!
They even waived my exam fee since it was my first visit. And after my experience, I'll definitely come back to order more. Thank you!

I first found out about Heywear Studio through an Instagram Ad. I usually ignore ads on IG, but this one caught my eye. Same-day prescription glasses? WHO KNEW?! I was curious enough to pay a visit today. It has also been over 3 years since I got a prescription for a new pair of eyeglasses, so the timing was perfect. The eye exam is so affordable, I didn't even bother reaching out to my insurance.
The studio is impeccably clean and the interior is so simple yet chic. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. They have a great selection of frames in varying shades. Each pair you try on

A great experience! was in and out today in about 20 minutes with a new pair of prescription glasses. there are lots of cool frames to choose from. you can get your eyes checked or bring your prescription in (which is what I did today). their experts will also take a few measurements to make sure the glasses fit. definitely recommend!

For $275 I got a cutting edge eye exam, 2 pairs of clear & 1 pair of sunglasses, all w/ my new RX in under 1 hour! I swear to gd!
& the staff... unreal how helpful & really really nice, from the sales floor to the exam room!
P.S. they are great at their job b/c I can see better than I have in a year!

Visited this place earlier today and from the beginning the staff was very friendly and helpful. I was able to try on frames and decide which ones I wanted while also receiving help from staff. I did not have a prescription but they were able to do an eye exam for me that comes with a fee but it was really quick. The process was very quick and the staff were 100% helpful. I definitely recommend if you want to get glasses for a good price + a quick service!
