It was very clear they wanted to nickel and dime me. They advised service for any and everything. Guy at the front desk even knew that most services weren't necessary. Took my car to a different shop for half the price and it works just as well as it always has. Front desk worker is great but the place overall is why I don't trust mechanics

I can not say enough about how much of a pleasure it was to do business with Rod's. I mainly dealt with Jeffrey (very quick email replies), Brittney and Zach. All three of them were very easy and actually fun to talk to. I never felt like anything was being pressed on me and after going to Toyota for years just because that's where I bought my truck and was surprised at how robust the information Rod's could provide me after their initial inspection. I only had the funds to change my oil and then do one of the options I wanted to repair but the quality of service and friendliness was amazing! And
