I have been listing my property on SnowPals since 2017. I get a few inquiries and then in no time at all my property is booked for 4+ months during ski season. The annual listing fee for the landlord is really low and no fees at all to the renter, so it is really a win - win for everyone! I will continue to list my rental property every season. So much work is put in this community by passionate snow lovers volunteering their time. Thanks to its existence, I find people to ride to Tahoe and back with, ski leases, friendly fun events in the Bay. And it's not overwhelming in email messages or a commitment to anything. Just simple and efficient. Who could ask for more! Wishing all a wonderful winter season on the slopes.

We had our place posted on Airbnb as a Winter Ski Lease for about 4 months and maybe had 3-4 inquiries. Within 1 day of posting our chalet on Snowpals, we had immediate inquiries and we had it leased within a couple of weeks. Tim is great to work with and made the process super easy. I will definitely continue to use this site!

Snowpals is awesome and instigated me to get back into snowboarding after a long break because of the great ride share opportunities. I'm able to make last minute plans with local people to get up to tahoe during the week when the crowds are low and the conditions are great. If I didn't have snowpals, I wouldn't spend the money to go up by myself. I've also made friends because of the site that I've actually hung out with outside of ski trips.
