Don't waste your time or money to live here. Staff is fake, and they ALL love to talk to other staff or even other residents about you when you're not even around. This place is truly a disaster. Won't even bother to fix things wrong within the apartments here. This place is a big joke of an establishment! I'm sure the state would love to know how y'all treat people here and spend the states money on y'all selves., as I said Don't waste your time or money to move here it just isn't worth it. Lucky to even get a 1 star.

Horrible experience, disgusting smell 24/7. Absolutely infested with bed bugs and ROACHES everywhere in the apartments and in the lobby.
This is 2021-2022 and it is still a Horrible place

Can't stand it. There's always loud noise and The staffs down stairs don't do anything about it, If they planning on keeping this place they better shut it down Empty everybody out Make sure this business clean to Perfection.

Awful. Moved in here in February with a leasing consultant that was new and I thought she was good with tenants but was ran out by other office staff. I, myself, now cannot wait to move. If you put in a noise complaint (the only thing I have put in a complaint about), you'll find out it was never done in the first place when your already at your wits end with the issue. There is no remorse or corrective action. You're just sent to "Miss Sims" who has an absolutely terrible attitude and approach to anything; ESPECIALLY if you're an existing tenant here or she doesn't agree with it or what she personally

This is a good start but not a GREAT start. I’ve been here three years and the staff know me well. They have renovated the place and taken care of the bug situation. My only grievance really is the parking is unreasonable. There are enough spaces for everyone. Not everyone in the building owns a car. They charge us 75$-100$ for parking every month and still when I come home I can’t find a place to park. I really do appreciate them turning this place around and making it a nice home.

A year ago, I moved in Cathedral Towers & I was nervous since it was my first time living on my own. The leasing team made the process quick, fast & easy. I consider them my family. One time I was behind on rent & they worked with me to make sure I kept a room above my head. I just signed for a second term. I love it here.

Hello Everyone and I just want to start off by saying that I have lived in the Cathedral Tower Apartments for Almost 4 Years now. And I am very Comfortable living there and I feel very Safe there now too. And All of the Apartments are being Beautifully and Newly Remolded now too. And All of the Leasing Management Team there are Very Professional and Attentitive to their Tenants Housing needs. And I have a Great relationship with All of them. And we have a Great and Reliable Maintenance Team here too. And also Cathedral Tower is in a really great location.

I lived here for just about three years now and is my first time on my own. Office staff is great if you report an issue they will help you in a timely manner. The building is under renovations right now and I just got into my new unit and love it! Right in the heart of the city you can't ask for a better view and location.

Cathedral towers is a peaceful building, the neighbors are nice, i also like the hold area, you have restaurants, grocery stores, CVS, rite aid. Cathedral also have nice and comfortable apartments, and now that have been remodeling the whole apartment complex since march 2020. The new models are real nice. I have move into one two weeks ago, and i love it, wow. Cathedral Rocks people get an application now. The management is nice and care about the people, and if you have a problem management is on it.
