Services
We understand the challenges that trial teams face, and we assist the team in the difficult task of educating and persuading jurors on the issues in specific cases. We have been highly successful in assisting lawyers to develop the most persuasive case presentation possible and in helping witnesses become better communicators when giving testimony to their primary audience, the jury.
The Litigation Group's jury research approach centers on providing the client and the legal team with more than just what happened during the mock jury deliberations. Our research and methodology seek to answer a more important question: Why do jurors decide for or against the client and what factors influence their decision-making process?
As we move into "re-opening" our country, The Litigation Group offers our Virtual Mock Platform to assist our clients who have upcoming trials. Our Virtual Mock is a very cost effective tool for successful trial preparation. For over 30 years, The Litigation Group has been driven by our passion for solving complex jury communication challenges so that our clients have the benefit of powerful and persuasive messaging at trial.
