I hired Jeff as my attorney on an undue influence case involving my relative and their caretaker. I had a very positive experience working with him. He was conscientious, professional, competent, sharp, confident, trustworthy, and highly ethical. Jeff represented me on two related court cases. The first was a petition for instructions as trustee regarding a trust and the second was an opposition to a petition in the related probate case. We won both at the trial court and both at the appellant court. The second appellant victory, with a published opinion, in which the court complimented Jeff on his description of the case issues .
