I used to frequent Bubble King during the summer, but ever since I tried reporting a scratch on my car that occurred 12/13, the staff has been rude and no help at all. Without even looking at the scratch or any footage, they have denied any wrongdoing saying that their car wash bays could not have caused the damage.
I've been trying to get in contact with the owner of the facility since the incident occurred with no avail. The staff cannot provide a phone number, or email address, and they can't tell me the next time the owner will be in.

Never again.
First off, the front door sign says “masks required.” Apparently that only applies to customers because the employee was maskless them entire time.
Secondly, she told me I couldn’t use the machine I wanted to use because I didn’t have enough laundry. So I used the one she recommended and guess what. All of my clothes are still dirty because they didn’t have enough room to agitate. Nevermind that the temperature of the laundry machines is so cold the detergent will not activate. Unless you have designated cold water detergent, your soap won’t activate unless the water

Two big signs on door stating masks were required, there were eleven people inside and only myself and my girlfriend were wearing masks and that included the woman working there.
The woman working there was rude and surly and wore a scowl on her face and I almost felt sorry for her
Overall the place is clean but the bathroom could be cleaner and there was no soap to wash hands
The equipment is modern and well maintained

I went here for the first time today for a car wash, because of all the pollen build up I'm sure we've all been experiencing. I got out of my car to check how clean it was afterwards, and I still had tons of pollen, and handprints all over my car! Especially around the mirrors, it did not clean at all. The whole back windshield is still a mess as well. I won't be back!

I drive 10 miles to come to this laundromat because of the cleanliness, the level of service, and the machines. Everyone who washes their laundry here are sane & friendly. A lady outside in a car slipped the brake pedal and slammed on the gas into the wall. Everyone outside ran to her Aid and she's fine, but the unity of this type of community over here says a lot right there. Their car wash is cool too LOL

I have a Subaru Forester and I love to take it offroad. Bubble King is the first place I visit to clean the mud and dirt off my Forester because the touchless carwash will ensure that no little bits of gravel will scratch my paint. The location is great and the staff is friendly. Couldn't ask for a better wash.

It's very clean, the wifi is strong, and the machines are (typically) good.
But I'm bummed about today. I put 2 loads in 2 separate washers, and one did not complete. When it stopped, my laundry was soaked and sitting in the water. The attendant was great, helped me move the clothes to another machine, and covered the cost of another cycle.
Because of the delay, I didn't have time before work to wait for that load to dry completely. I asked for a plastic bag to carry my still-very damp clothes out, and I was told I would have to pay 75 cents for the plastic bag. Even after I

We come into this location all the time. We came in on a different day than usual for us. The woman with the short gray hair working behind the counter was extremely rude to us. I asked a question about a dryer we used and she told me is not her job to pay attention to what's going on out there, her job is take care of what's behind the counter. This is not my first time having an experience with her like this. I picked up my dry cleaning one day and she was very rude to me again for no reason. Looking at the other reviews this woman seems to be an on going issue. We will never go back

I am so disappointed in the current staff at Bubble King. I used to come here all the time and never had a problem. I just moved back to the area and brought in about 130 pounds of laundry to drop off. The woman behind the counter (apparently she works Wednesday nights) became upset that I had brought such a large load, widening her eyes and giving sarcastic hand gestures. She said things like "I can't even lift this", mind you it was not one big bag it was several small bags, and "we don't offer 24 hour service here you know I'm not sure how you expect me to do this

WARNING!!!! Fox News is on the TV's!!!! I asked the attendent to change it and was told that she was watching it and wasn't going to change it. Funny... I thought the TV's were for the entertainment of the customers not the employees.
Add this to the fact that I was challenged by the attendent when I first got here on if I would be done with my wash by closing time. If you don't want people starting laundry at 7:15 don't have you last wash time at 8pm. I will not be back. There are plenty of other options in the area.

Mixed review. Usually they are great, however, DO NOT go in on Wed night. The woman who was working there harassed me and some other customers continuously coming up to us from 7PM on to tell us they closed at 9! And when I say harassed, I mean it. I finally told her, "You've told me numerous times, please DO NOT tell me again!" She bothered a couple who was in there at the same time that I was so much, that they ended up having a verbal fight & the woman nearly called the police, when it was actually all her fault! Bubble King Car Wash is just "A-Ok", actually I would gave it 2.5 stars if there was a half star instead of 3 stars.
The car wash was an automated car wash with two bays. One bay was touch-less wash, which is what I normally go through. The other bay was a automated soft cloth wash, which isn't normal for such a type of car wash. The building and the lot was clean, the signs were visible and with clearly marked directions to the entrance. It was a very welcoming place.
I decided to give the soft cloth side a go. I figured putting a cloth to my baby would clean it better than

This place is the nirvana of laundromats! Clean, spacious, free wifi, a couple of public PCs, about 10 HDTVs, and bathrooms cleaner than my own (gotta be honest on yelp!). They have a wide range of machine sizes and they've never been so busy that I've had to wait for one.
In addition to the deli Lindsay mentioned, a Chinese place just opened in the same building and there are several more eateries within hoofing distance. It's also part of a complex with a car wash and self serve vacs if you're feeling ambitious.
