2 stars just for the man who was friendly only...but I Drove here in the hot 85+ degree weather today 25 min away from me for “ same day service” that is advertised all over their website and in the front window to be told upon arrival “ normally we would do it if it’s on a weekday” .. this should be clearly advertised appropriately with the RIGHT information so people don’t waste their time and gas to drive there to be turned away! It was only for 1 little sleeveless blouse too. They could have dry cleaned my 1 blouse for my event to satisfy a customer just 1 time... but they didn’t

Excellent service! I drove up from Barrington based on the past positive reviews, which were clearly accurate. I had a dry clean only organic wool mattress cover that became wet with urine after my child slept in our bed. I had called several dry cleaners and was instructed that the entire stain would most likely not come out with dry cleaning alone so I spot cleaned with wool-lite and stain remover, then bagged up the cover (still damp from spot cleaning) and brought it to Diamond. I spoke with them about how it was dry-clean only and that I had spot cleaned it. Somehow it got mixed up, either

This is ny far the best dry cleaners my husband has ever had. We lived in both New York and Rhode Island. While living in RI this was the company my husband used for dry cleaning. I must admit it's a bit costly compared to others. However, as far as the quality of their cleaning service and customer service we stayed with this cleaners. We now live in New York again and miss so dearly this company. My husband dress shirts would be so white. Also, I had them clean a white table cloth that got oil stains and at first it wasn't cleaned well. Then I told them about it and they were like no problem
