Went to their tailor to get my dress hemmed and explained my situation (that I needed the dress in three days for a wedding). I would have been fine if they turned me away, but the woman had already marked up the dress and insisted on taking it. Not to mention how rude she was being when I already explained to the owner of the cleaners that I needed a quick turnaround time and would have been FINE if they just turned me away. I called two days later and was told the dress was “at her house and not finished”. I’m sorry, but don’t take business that you can’t come through on. I would have

Critical: Quality
Just arrived at a wedding with my dry cleaning from TLC and they destroyed the button on my suit. Let’s pretend it was destroyed before (which is was not as it’s a new suit) but you ALWAYS check the buttons, and if you need to you charge the customer to fix it. Now I’m in the middle of no where and I can’t button my suit.

I received amazing service. I called them at 430 in desperation, seeing if I could get a suit cleaned for the next morning. Jim did all he could to see if they could meet my deadline and recommend just pressing it which is all I really needed. I was able to go back and get it that night. I would thoroughly recommend using them. They go above and beyond for their customers.
