I have only used this service a few times, but I am very happy with them.
The price is reasonable, they offer all kinds of options, I can schedule pick up and drop off at my conveniece.
The laundry done very well, folded and plastic wrapped and returned in their custom bags.
I will continue using them for the foreseeable future.

I absolutely love the Wash/Dry/Fold Service,
Once I dropped off a pair of my favorite salmon colored pants (light pink) that I got a blue link stain on and thought to myself " they probably won't be about to get this stain out" and was pleasantly surprised when they did. The staff here are always so nice and helpful an I am that customer that drops off a minimum of 100 lbs. every time I come and they always greet me with a smile and help me bring everything in, and they always follow any specific instructions on how I want my clothes handled.

I was pleasantly surprised with my recent experience after reading some of the if-y reviews here. My apartment complex recently closed our laundry room for renovations and we were referred to Laundry Doctor in the meantime by management. I dropped off my clothes and was able to pick them up a little over a day later. The woman who was working when I dropped them off was really nice (Katrina, I think?), answered all of my questions, and didn’t judge me for the absurd amount of time it’d obviously been since I had done my laundry. I dropped off four weeks worth of laundry in two large ikea bags

Convenient service but be careful what clothes you take there. They ended up turning a handful of our white pink, and shredding one of the knit sweaters I brought in. For things that don’t need to be washed delicately or that are important to you, it is a very convenient service. Personally the price is not worth the quality I received so I will not be returning.

It's been 11 days since my clothes were picked up from one of their lockers. I have been charged $36 for the service. They're not responding my calls, I have left two voice messages. No response. Nothing. I had to buy new clothes because I gave most of my clothes for cleaning. I don't think I'll use this service again.
Edit: Oh, have I mentioned that they've removed the locker without any notice!! Where are my clothes guys??!!

They did a good job on the laundry. Normally the communication is good, but sometimes the laundry took longer than promised, and then there was no communication. Also, they stopped taking pay pal, but kept talking orders without updated payments, then a few months later, sent me a text from a number I didn't recognise asking for money. I emailed the company at the email address that's still on their website, and got no response, so I ignored it. They kept bothering me. Finally, I found the other email on their site and was able to clear things up. When they finally gave me the info to send a check

I live in Galtier for a long time and I sure do miss it for a variety of reasons. But a big one was having laundry doctor right in the building. They took such good care of the clothes folded them perfectly and kept short sleeve shirts together and long sleeve shirts together and so forth.

I have used them one other time, but only for clothing repair, which was all done very well. It just took a little longer than planned. This time I sent in ALL of my button down shirts (I think it totaled 30 or so) and a wool blanket. The blanket was a dry clean item, but the shirts were all laundered, hung to dry, and ironed with medium starch. (Dry cleaning is too hard on my shirts.) I placed them Within a pickup locker in my building and proceeded to place the directions into the app. Let's just say that as a new user I didn't quite get the instructions in correctly. Only two

I will second other reviewers in that this laundromat is filthy and poorly maintained.
As a frequent traveler, I chose this laundromat because I did not need quarters to do a wash. When I arrived, I found a large number of the 'reasonable' sized washers were out of service. Once I found a working one it turns out that none of it mattered because they don't carry single-wash laundry products or any products at all!
Discouraged by the high price of detergent at the fancy grocery store next door, I chose to go to a different laundromat and will cross this one off my list for

I've used Laundry Doctor for drop off wash and fold, and for that it's totally adequate. That being said, they should NOT be marketing themselves as a self-serve laundromat. The experience for this type of customer is nightmarish. It's an unholy filthy mess, at least 50% more expensive than any other laundromat, the payment process is extremely convoluted, and the employees are impatient and rude, making snide remarks when you don't grasp their impossibly flippant and incomplete instructions. This place is pretty darn good as far as laundromats go. I am here for my second Sunday in row. Last Sunday the gentleman (owner?) working was super helpful. They take credit cards here & I didn't know how to use the machine. He was very friendly & talked me through.
Now I am here at 4pm on Super Bowl Sunday. The place is packed. As soon as I walked in the door, the same gentleman greeted me immediately as there were no vacant washers. He emptied one that was done so I could use it. Now THAT is service.

Based on the reviews here, I was excited to come here to wash my two comforters. Walking in, though, I was a little underwhelmed by the general disrepair of the place. The waiting area was somewhat clean, but the chair cushions have certainly seen their better days. Even the duct tape was wearing thin. The vending machines were mostly broken, which was a little disconcerting.
