A. Please see one of our attendants. If an attendant is not available please fill out a multi-part "Machine Issue" form and drop it in the silver box at the attendant station. We will review the form and will mail a refund check if a machine malfunctions. Please note: no refunds will not be issued for user error (overloaded machine, too much soap, wrong cycle selected, etc).

Be warned as soon as it hits 8:30pm the washers are disabled and you get no warning that this will happen and you will lose your quarters and laundry soap with no resolution/refund. Lady that works at night is beyond rude. She doesn't know how to talk to people with respect. She's obviously not trusted since she's not allowed to give refunds or make any type of executive decision.

Like the other people say it's a hit or miss. Went to this place because the Landry in clarence had too many people. bigger one are about $8 and mediums one are $6 while Drying are $2. Everything was fine until the dryer kept on stopping. I put $2 then an extra $1 by mistake but I say whatever. But then the dryer keep on stopping every 1 to 2 minutes. I try looking for a worker to help but no one was available. Not sure if they're hiding in the back or not. I also tried calling but it went to voice mail.

Was bummed out when our dryer went out. So I decided to try this place out. It’s close to home, clean and Culver’s is nearby! I was charged for an extra wash load, which bummed me out, even more. The Laundry Place went above and beyond to make sure I was reimbursed! Definitely will go back, hopefully I don’t need to. 🤪

I brought my clothes that had been sitting in storage for two years. I had what I thought was a lot, but they said that they have commercial customers that bring in 700lbs of clothes. They were very thorough and sanitized all my items. The pricing was great as it saved me hours of doing laundry. I am disabled and plan on bringing my laundry to them on a regular basis. The place is well kept . I can't comment on self wash services as I haven't used that service.

The top of the washers for liquid fabric softener and for liquid detergent were either all clogged up with remnants from past washes or still had a good deal of residue; I checked all of the machines. This was definitely the deciding factor in going somewhere else. Don't your machines clean themselves?

Best laundry mat in the Cities. Extremely clean, never overly busy so you'll get to a washer right away. Felt I didn't overpay for my loads, and everything came out clean and fresh. Some places can be gross, but they were very clean. I liked the variety of seating options, and free WiFi to work or watch Netflix while doing laundry. They do have various tv's around too which is nice. Definitely recommend doing your laundry here!

This is a very nice laundry place ! The lady who work here is very nice and very welcoming. Lots of plenty seats and tables . It's also very clean ! Four stars only because they didn't have any soap or detergent to sell just in case someone forgot or didn't have any. But will definitely come back and recommended !

Not great, but maybe the best in the area. I will probably come back, but I miss better laundromats. Spotty WiFi. Machines take credit cards and coins. They seem to wash and dry fine. The business is clean. The game was on TV, and there are a lot of seats.
Payment system is confusing, and I work in technology. Machines have two screens. One shows the total cost for a load, one counts down how much is required for a load. I moved my clothes when I thought the machine ate my dollar coin. When I asked the attendant for my dollar back, she said "it's not my fault you made a mistake."
True. As soon

This is by far the cleanest, nicest laundromat I have ever visited. Like the other reviewer to this point, I generally only frequent laundromats when I need to wash one of my oversized blankets that won't fit in my machine at home. And it's generally a task I completely dread. So I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in the door at the Laundry Place.
First of all. There is a front desk. I was promptly greeted and asked about my needs. The gentleman escorted me to a machine, explained to me the intricacies of how to operate it, pointed out the change machine, detergent machine and
