I started coming every sunday morning, early and it was just me and an older guy there for several years. Recently, more people started coming earlier which is fine but there is one guy that started coming on sunday and he is rude as hell, can't miss him cuz he takes 2 parking spots right in front of the door for his dented up silver car. I confronted him about courtesy towards others and he tried to make it sound like he was special and didn't care...said he would keep doing it. I wish the owner would talk to him so he'd stop being rude. So disappointing!

I am homeless and have a license service dog with me and they didn't say nothing but the workers there were talking to each other secretly which I didn't understand and they kept on staring at me and giving me dirty looks I won't be going there again because I don't need to be feeling uncomfortable because people don't like the way I look or don't like the fact that I have a service dog and I'm disabled

Paid $20 to have them "wash and fold" a comforter for me. Went to pick it up and it came wadded up in a ball in a plastic bag. It's super wrinkly. For that price, I would have expected them to actually dry it, fold it and put it in a proper bag so that it didn't come out wrinkly. I've used Wash and fold services before and stuff always comes out looking like it was straight off a store shelf. Definitely won't be back. The point of me doing this is I don't have a large enough washer and dryer to accommodate. Now I'll have to iron the stupid thing by hand.

I enjoy this laundromat, machines always work, there is always an attendant or the owner on site. They have 2 options for payment either coin or they have a laundry card system that gives you an extra 2 dollars when you load it. Great establishment always clean. And they are attentive.

Honestly, after being so exhausted at work I was not looking forward to doing laundry on Thursday but the gentleman who works the evenings made my whole experience a lot better than I had anticipated! While folding laundry he offered me water and after accepting he also brought a soda along with my water, something that really made me smile! Thank you so much for your kindness!! That small gesture made my night 😊

As the in-store sign explains, the system will put a hold of $20 on your debit card once you swipe it allowing you to start multiple machines under one transaction. After an hour of not starting any machines the system will reconcile the difference and credit back any of the $20 that wasn't spent. After that it is up to your bank to put the difference back into your account; typically within a day but could be longer depending on your bank.
