Came in today with a bolt in my tire to see if you could help me, and was simply told that you guys were way too busy. That's fine. I completely accepted that, but asked the guy up front if he would be able to let me know if it's even safe to drive on. He came out with me to look at my tire. Within two seconds, without even bending over to look at what was in my tire, touch the actual tire, anything..he just said oh yeah its good to drive on. I had car repair and two new tires put on. I dropped off my car on Saturday at about 11 and told them exactly what needed to be done. I asked three times will it get done today and each time they said yes. I called at 5 and they said the car would not be finished and I would have to leave it there over the weekend. I needed my car. I absolutely LOVE this place! Anytime I have any kind of trouble, I call and talk to Doug, i think he's the general manager, and he always is extremely helpful. He gets me in almost instantly and makes sure everything is taken care of. He has helped me through multiple problems recently. Most recently, my alternator went out. He got me in the next day and I had my car back that day. He even had someone drive it to my work for me! I will never take my car anywhere else! I came up to Aurora to make a purchase, on my way my truck was vibrating when accelerated. So after stopping at Firestone tire, (not recommend by the way) I called D&D tire service. They were very helpful and got my truck right in their shop. It was a short wait and they called me when the problem was fixed. The price was very good and the work was very high quality, the employees were very courteous and knowledgeable. I recommend if you have tire trouble, that you bring your vehicle right to D&D tire service. I know you wont be disappointed and I thank them for the help.

I live right next to this awesome place and on my way to work this morning, found I had a flat tire...I pulled into the shop (5am) and left my car there to take a Lyft to work. I called once they were open to inquire about a repair, and they got it done immediately! Thanks to this shop for taking great care of me and getting me back on the road!

I had a great experience here! I brought my car in for two new front tires, an oil change and asked them to take a look at the brakes. The front tires ended up being on sale for half price so that saved us almost two hundred dollars. Then they could have lied and said they needed to do something to the brakes but they acted with the utmost honesty and said there was nothing wrong with the brakes but the sway bar links were really loose and needed be replaced. So they fixed that and we got out of there for a decent price. Thanks!

I had been coming here for years for my oil changes since they were fairly priced for a high mileage synthetic oil change... However my husband went today for the routine oil change and they claimed that my husband's car needed four lights plus his oil change had increased to $50 instead of 40... When my husband told him that price was even on their counter display the price for the oil change, they state that the sign was old.

I immediately went to this shop when I bought my used car because my employment grants me a 10% discount for all services! I had them do a "General Inspection" to assess the work that needed to be done on it. Everything seemed right. My boyfriend's dad is a mechanic and was happy to do the easier stuff that can be done @ home in a garage.
Upon picking my vehichle up, it was explained to me that the brake fluid was extremely dirty and needed to be flushed. The price was $70. My boyfriend's dad started with this. As he began draining the brake fluid, it was crystal clear.
