Motel is on same property as a their brew pub and you check in to the motel at the brew pub. Would be nice if that information was made available before we circled a packed parking lot looking for a motel office. There is no designated motel guest parking. That is important to know seeing as we arrived on a particularly busy night for the pub with absolutely no where to park. After a four hour drive we were told we had to wait three hours until the pub closed for parking spots to become available. Unacceptable and very unprofessional. The room was less than desirable (see pics) and the bathroom

The rooms are quaint and the motel is right on the wine trail and close to alot of wineries. Very clean and pretty close to the lake. This place is good if you just want a place to sleep. Check in was easy and friendly. My only suggestion would be to change the pillows and put a microwave in the room. We couldn't sleep so we ended our weekend early and stayed only one might when we paid for 2.

Cute little motel in a nice location. The bed was comfy with nice bedding. However, the pillows were terrible! Flat and hard.
The bath towels were small, thin, and scratchy. There were no hairdryers or conditioner in the rooms. The staff person was pleasant, and was able to come up with one dryer to be shared between our 2 rooms. There was no curtain on the bathroom window, which was at eye level.
Our room had nice blackout drapes, but our friends' room did not. This definitely affected their sleep.
This place could be a gem with a few improvements. We also all believe we paid too much for what

This little hideaway gem deserves more than the one star review left for the previous owners! I was a little trepedacious booking a one night stay here until I arrived late one gorgeous Saturday afternoon. Owners Meg and her husband Rich were delightfully gracious hosts, giving me a tour of their soon to be opened brew pub and, once Rich saw me relaxing on the patio, offering me a Collective Arts IPA!
Room was cozy, bed was comfy, WiFi and Spectrum TV was working but who needs that when you can catch the sun sinking over the horizon on Keuka lake? 8 miles north of Hammondsport, 13 miles south

The sweetest little place. Home away from home. You can tell that the new owners have really put their heart and soul into it! They went over and above to make us comfortable and ensure our stay was enjoyable. Especially loved the personal service and touches. The view is incredible and rooms are spotless and tastefully decorated.

The rooms are very clean and nicely done with all the necessities. While I was there they cut down the trees across the road so you have a lake view! It's right in the middle of the east side of the lake. The Olney Place is just down the road and has awesome sandwiches and the Switz restaurant (awesome views) is literally walking distance. The staff is very friendly and very accommodating. The office building was being renovated into a tasting room/brewery. Overall for $99 a night, I'm highly impressed and will definitely stay there again.

The Motel is a typical 50's style small, roadside motel. It appeared on the brochures that we picked up that upgrades have been made over the years however not in recent years. Our stay was after Labor Day so all the tourists were gone. The office was closed so we had to pick up the key from the restaurant down the road owned by the same people. The room was not what we expected. Housekeeping was poor, no phones and no cell service. We stayed only one night of the two night stay. In the morning, the clerk arrived to open the office, we expressed our concerns to her and told her that we would
