Made order 9 days ago. Stated would ship immediately but held order because didn't have it.
Received an email yesterday saying they were shipping 1 Oct. on website still states shipping same business day in one item and 3-5 on the other item they said they didn't have.
Waste of time. Prices were decent but I'm able to get same product for similar prices with faster shipping.
If I wanted a month to get something, I'd have ordered from a vendor in Asia....
Good thing I placed a small order as a trial for 6 items. I have no confidence they could fill larger order.

Very helpful, nice people. The website said open so I went to the office. Totally covid compliant, they let me leave my return at the door. Over the phone, I bought a proper replacement and the kind woman up front brought it out for me.
I'll avoid Amazon in the future for this kind of purchase. It was well worth the few minutes extra to get the correct equipment and not deal with more postal return bs. Thank you ❤️😊

I am a contractor so dealing with electrical suppliers is something I do all the time. I was looking for a certain product and was having no luck at all. My normal supply house told me, "Call the manufacturer" and another supply house just barked at me that the part I was looking for was no longer made.
