Aire Theater Designs are incredible. They set up my entire house system with tv, audio, alarm system and are always there to answer my questions. Recently I had a power outage and couldn’t get my TVs to work and Seth was immediately available to help me get things up and running. I’ve used other companies in the past at different homes and they are by far the most reliable, respectful and quickest to respond. Thank you Seth and Mark!

A few years ago, our remote control that operates our home theater system was no longer working. The folks who installed our system in 2005 were long out of business. I was so lucky to find Seth and Aire Theater who walked me through options and re-programmed everything for us. Any time we have a glitch (usually it's due to our cable provider), Seth has been there for us very quickly helping me troubleshoot, as recently as yesterday, he called after he had left the office and his suggestion did the fix. Highly recommend them.

Seth and the Crew at Aire Theater Designs are terrific. Responsive, efficient, and friendly they have installed our sound equipment, mountings and the furniture to hold everything - and they organize all the wiring so that even I understand it all. When anything goes wrong or when the cable company makes things go wrong, the crew is there to fix it up. Best of all, Seth not only listens to my rants against cable companies he offers options and counsel to help get the best deal possible. We have had the pleasure of working with Seth and his team for over 10 years. They have installed numerous home theater and communications systems for us. Currently we have a 65" Sony TV and a 75" Sony TV in our home theater. When they come to our home, they are always professional, thorough and 'do what they say'. They once came out on short notice to accommodate my situation after surgery, when I wanted a new home theater system to enjoy during my recovery.
When we have a question, they are very responsive to emails and phone calls, and nearly 100% of the time rectify the situation remotely
