I emailed them to set up a time for a technician to come by and provide an estimate for hooking up a smart home (control 4) system. A technician came to the house took some notes then left. I then received a call from the company asking to set up a 4 to 5 hour service at $250 an hour. I explained that I never received an estimate. I was informed by an employee that I need to pay for the service to get an estimate. I refused the second appointment. Beware of this company's shady business practices.

Glen and the team are awesome!! They came through despite a tv delivery delay due to inclement weather. They were able to source a tv locally and keep the scheduled installation time. Shout out to Candie too! Thank you. Lance installed the tv and mount and even went above and beyond to fix an electrical issue and gave me some tips on installing my washer. Again he did a great job and he was fun to talk to. I am very happy with how it turned out!!

We previously had another company set up our audio/video/networking and have had a number of problems over the years that we just dealt with. We finally decided it was time to find another specialist when our internet stopped working in part of our house.

Glenn & his team are awesome! I have hired them to mount several tv's in my home. Glenn, Lance & Wyatt are quick & efficient. The tv's are hung & programmed & all wires are hidden in the wall. And, they clean up everything after. The end result has always been superb. I recommend their services without hesitation!

I can't give enough stars to Glenn! We moved (and hated leaving all that he had done at our old house) to a smaller house with less TVs. Glenn still came to the house and helped us get our TVs up on the wall even though it was a very minor effort and probably not the usual amazing lighting and mounting jobs he typically does.. The fact that he took the time and didn't treat us any differently from a thousand dollar job to a small job meant a lot.. We will definitely be coming back again and again!

Glenn, his brother, as well as his extended team recently completed a large whole house and backyard project for our family. They were timely, professional and thorough. I am extremely picky and their attention to detail and quality did not disappoint. In addition, when we encountered a problem with an 80 inch outdoor TV, they fully managed the communication with the manufacturer and coordinated a replacement - great support. Made an appointment last Saturday for them to provide a quote and estimate to run Cat 5 cable in our house. Glenn was knowledgeable and said he would be here today at 6 p.m. Well, they never showed and didn't even leave a courtesy call saying they were going to run late or to reschedule. I guess my business wasn't that important to them. Off to look elsewhere.

I'm in an apartment, but wanted a great surround sound system. Glenn set me up with paradigm millenia 5.0 and all I can say is WOW! I told Glenn what I wanted and that i didn't want to modify or spend a lot to get the system set up (hard wired) because it is an apartment, he delivered!! Even the rear speakers are wireless!!

Glenn and Eddie just finished some work in my house. I needed to have my TV mounted, my AV equipment setup and some new outdoor speakers installed.
They were prompt on all of their appointments, provided a free estimate and the products they used were very good. The TV mount they setup is amazing and the new outdoor speakers sound great. I was very impressed with their knowledge and level of professionalism throughout the process.

Glenn installed numerous audio and video components throughout my house including a 55" smart TV in a preexisting cabinet which I considered a tough job with removal of a bulky, heavy old TV and installing a heavy duty mount for the new one. They replaced my outdated receiver, installed a Sonos music system paired to my smart phone (really cool), updated my WiFi and cleaned up a number of cabling messes.

Glenn came in and set up my Massage office with the New Sonos system. I can now stream pandora, radio or music from my Ipod. This whole Streaming thing is incredible, I am no longer tied to the same old music. Love it! and the the sound from the Sonos speaker is incredible.

Glenn really knows what he is doing. I hired him because I wanted speakers in my kitchen that would play music from my stereo which is in the living room. He came up with an elegant solution and then went even further by getting us hooked up with a Universal Remote that works from the other room so I don't have to run into the living room if I need to turn the volume down. It made all the confusing remote settings so much easier for all our stereo and TV components. (I was tired of having to call my husband on the phone to ask him how to turn on the Wii).
