I needed a last minute clean which I scheduled the Friday before for a 9am Saturday clean. At 9am they hadn't shown up. I called at 915 no answer. I got a call at 930 saying there was an issue with the cleaner who couldn't make it. The next soonest was 4pm which was too late. Did not offer to comp a future cleaning either

IF IT WEREN"T FOR THE BAD REVIEWS, I WOULD THINK THAT THIS JUST AN INTERNET SCAM.
We hired Quick Clean Chicago for a cleaning at our home at 10 am this morning. They required a prepayment of $120 which should have been a red flag.
We were supposed to meet at the property and my sister and her 3 kids were there to let them in. They never showed up. They answered the phone and said they would call back and now the calls are going straight to a full voicemail box.
My sister is now cleaning the home (with 3 kids under 5 years old in the condo) to prepare for guests that are checking in this afternoon

I had an awesome experience with them. I called the day of in need of cleaning services and they came later that day. Even part way through the cleaning, I could notice the intense amount of attention to detail as well as the care taken for my place. I hired quick clean for an apartment move out cleaning. I was desperate after another company cancelled on last minute. They fit me in within hours of calling on a Friday! They communicated to me with arrival times which was very helpful! They did an amazing job and were so professional- they even helped me carry out a desk I needed to remove from my apartment. I would highly recommend them! I am so grateful for their services!!
