Our properly trained English speaking maids will strive to provide the highest quality service possible.
All glass tops and mirrors. Wash floors and/or vacuum carpets and area rugs. Cleaning lobbies (doors, glass, etc.), washing floors, vacuuming carpers, cleaning of elevator (floor and walls), dusting, pick up any visible trash inside. Full day access (8am - 5pm) to the building by giving a key or a door code, electricity outlets inside the building (for vacuuming purpose only), and if possible warm water.
We will take care of everything for you; however, if you wish to provide supplies or perhaps any necessary equipment please let us know. We would only kindly ask to leave out a working vacuum if you have one. We kindly ask our customers to pick up toys, clothing and other similar items before an arrival, so ladies can effectively focus their time and efforts on an efficient cleaning.

Of course we rejected the offer for them to come back over and reclean, as you mentioned we already did it ourselves and why would we trust it would be any better this time?
As an alternative we asked for them to come back another day. You stated the best you could do was to reduce the total by $50. We agreed to pay the balance out of frustration and made sure to note we would not be using you again in the future. I'm not sure I would describe that as "acting positively"

We've been using VMaids for years, and I heartily recommend them. Vaclav, the owner, is very responsive and easy to work with when it comes to scheduling changes, etc., and the cleaning crews do a great job.
We took a break from having our place cleaned during lockdown, and when it came time to start up again, I didn't consider another service. I booked a return visit from VMaids and look forward to having regular cleanings again.

I absolutely didn't have time to prepare for the upcoming new year party, so I contacted V Maids directly and I can say I was pretty fascinated by the quick service they provided! The maid arrived the next day and cleaned full apartment just in a couple of hours! I advise and probably will use again

We have been a customer with VMaids for almost four years after they were recommended to us by a neighbor. Vaclav is super responsive to emails and we were able to get our service set up quickly. When we needed to make changes or adjustments to our service they were always accommodating, even when I would ask super last minute. The service itself was always great; I still can't figure out how to get my floors as nice looking as when they come. We love V Maids! Our neighbor recommended this cleaning service to us after using them for years. We've had the crew come twice now for deep cleanings and they've been thorough and have done a great job.
Booking is easy and Vaclav is very responsive. Getting an appointment can be tricky since they book up in advance so plan accordingly. Would definitely recommend.

I have been using V Maids for the past 3 years and could not be happier with their service. All of the pricing is up front, the maids show up on time, are extremely polite and do an amazing job.
Typically they'll send two maids for a 2-3 bedroom apartment and they're able to get everything done within an hour.
I would highly recommend giving V Maids a call for all of your home cleaning needs.

I have been using V-Maids now since 2013 (so about 5 years). They have helped me at the various apartments in Chicago. Even when the boss said I was out of their service area, I asked them to reconsider, and they accommodated my request, which is above-and-beyond great customer service. Every single time, the ladies that Mr. Vaclav Rus sends to my home do a beyond-belief-excellent job, with attention to detail and resplendent, smiling attitudes while doing it. I contacted V Maids about getting my apartment serviced, located in Wicker Park. This is the response I got back:

I need to kindly inform you unfortunately we do not have any availability for your area and especially before major holiday for more than 3 to 4 weeks. At this point we unfortunately can not guarantee any availability even in the future because of the fact we have a lot of recurring customers already scheduled, and we have only one crew working at this area.

They are seriously so awesome and THOROUGH!!! they clean places I wouldn't even think of or notice if they hadn't. They are super professional and the guy on the phone very friendly. We used Vmaids for home cleaning in our apartment. Our building has pretty strict rules so we requested to be able to know the people who were coming in advance. Vaclav is very recptive to emails. Because of scheduling there was an instant where we wanted to cancel or change he one and he pushed back. But otherwise times for cleaning were available when we wanted. 2 ladies came -although they don't speak the best English the understood a lot of my questions. They were thorough in cleaning, the place smelled great, and they add a nice touch by putting stickers on the toilet paper roll. They

I've been using VMaids for over a year and could not be happier. I breathe a sigh of relief every time I walk in the door after the cleaning people have come. They deal with my enormous house in an efficient 1.5 hours while my three yowling cats undoubtedly follow them around demanding attention. The prices are so reasonable and everything is scrubbed, organized and thoughtfully cleaned every time. I trust them completely and could not survive without them. Also their response time when you email them is super quick! Use with confidence!
