Yes, our team will bring all the specially formulated products, necessary tools and equipment for cleaning your home. They will also use your products upon request. If your are a regular client (get your home cleaned once every week), we will assign one team to clean your place. I used Maids To Help for the first time this week through a friend referral. The team of two women showed up promptly when scheduled and had on face masks and put on booties to cover their shoes before entering. This type of care especially during Covid times was much appreciated. I showed them around and they went to work and had my home glowing within a few hours. My home was spotless and I couldn't ask for more, they even brought their own supplies and equipment which is a huge savings on my end. I plan on using them moving forward and am very relieved to have found such a wonderful maid

My husband and I used Maids to Help to clean our home every month for ~1 year. They always arrived promptly and worked very quickly! For out two bed two bath, they were typically here for ~2 hours. Irina is always responsive and kind in communication. Highly recommend this service if you are looking for consistency in your home cleaning!

Fantastic service! Very easy to get a cleaning scheduled. Irina was very helpful with getting me a quote and an appointment in a timely fashion. Cleaning lady was right on time and did an incredible job! Great attention to detail - my apartment looks cleaner than it did the day I moved in. I will definitely be using this service again.

We have used Irina and Maids to Help for several months for a monthly cleaning service our 4-bedroom condo and have had a wonderful experience! The rate was reasonable and the service has always been great. They have always been punctual and always left our place looking wonderful! They have also been flexible and worked with our schedule, which I appreciate greatly as we've been working at home this past year. I would definitely recommend them!

My initial communication with Irina went very well and she was extremely professional and clearly laid out her pricing structure. I completely agreed with the hourly rate, and understood that if her estimate wasn't accurate that the hourly rate would apply to the actual time necessary to complete the job. She originally quoted 5 hours. I have used cleaning services for years and have never experienced such a gross miscalculation of time requirements.

Moving is never fun, but when your new apartment is still grimy after supposedly 2 different professional cleaners came through prior...... Thankfully, Maids to Help was able to send someone on less than 24 hours notice and they did amazing! It only took 4.5 hours to deep clean a 3 bed, 1.5 bath apartment and they left it spotless.

I've been using maids to help since January after we purchased our first condo. Irina is quick to respond and answer all my questions. Her prices are reasonable and I am happy that I have the same team every time. They are very thorough when they clean and all cleanings have been consistent. I recommend Maids To Help for house cleaning. I had my apartment cleaned last minute and they were able send people over the next day. The communication was great, the cleaning was very fast and efficient.
My apartment was so clean when I got home. The products used did not smell too much which was great. The maids had cleaned so well, they also cleaned the small things that may have been overlooked by others. Highly recommend!
