Our eye doctors will help you find the right contact lens that is best vision correction for your eyes. We can treat and manage most ocular diseases, allergies or other conditions related to vision. We'll help you select the right frames and lenses to best fit your vision, appearance, and comfort. At Complete Family Eyecare, we perform in-depth eye exams to examine our patients' eyes, including infants, children, and seniors.
I had my first eye exam here at Complete Family EyeCare, and I had such a great experience! Everyone was so kind and informative. My optometrist Jacqueline Rohan explained each step of the appointment, and helped put my nerves about my first appointment at ease. I was able to fill my prescription for glasses on the premises which was really convenient!
Dr. Gina Lippi was born and raised in Medford, NY, a small town in eastern Long Island. She completed her undergraduate degree at Villanova University where she was enrolled in an accelerated pre-optometry program. She earned her Bachelor's of Science in biology from Villanova in 1997 and also earned a Bachelor of Science from Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 1997.
We are providers with the insurance companies listed below. We also accept state insurance. If you don't see your plan on this list please call our optometrist office to check if your particular plan is accepted at our Manchester office. We accept all major credit cards, ATM cards, cash, and personal checks.

I had my first eye exam here at Complete Family EyeCare, and I had such a great experience! Everyone was so kind and informative. If you need a new optometrist or you have put off your first eye exam like I did I would definitely recommend calling Complete Family EyeCare! :)

Dr. Lippi is a rare find- a great doctor for every member of the family and who is genuinely concerned with patients' health and *not* just upselling you and your insurance company. If you want an eye doctor that will tell you the truth (has even told me my kid didn't need glasses), Dr. Lippi is the best out there. I wouldn't bring my family anywhere else!

They have the worse customer service. I called a day before for an appointment to drop off my daughter's frame and they said no need for an appointment, when we got there they changed their mind and did not allow us to drop off the frame because we need an appointment to do so.
one year ago, I did an eye exam and the doctor gave me a new prescription, after I purchased new glasses I returned explaining that I'm not doing well with the new glasses, after a day, the doctor told her assistance to gave me my old prescription and I have to get back to my old glasses. the doctor did not bother herself

Extremely thorough eye exam. Dr. Rohan found an underlying condition which needed surgical intervention before it got to a critical point and was able to point me in the right direction for proper care. I also learned a lot about the structure of my eyes, and gained a better understanding of some previous optical conditions. I recommend this practice very highly.

Giving a 3 star because the staff are very friendly!! BUT I decided to go somewhere else due to them not taking my insurance, when I went to the new dr he asked to see my glasses to scan the prescription, he came back and said okay so you’re here for reading glasses... wrong, I can see perfectly fine up close and distance was my issue, we did the rest of the exam and number wise everything was about the same as the exam here but It was supposed to be - not +

Doctor is great (5 stars) but would NOT buy glasses from here (glasses area 1 star). I have been going to Dr. Lippi for years and would not go anywhere else. But I will not buy glasses here. They do not accept all insurances and if you aren't using insurance they seem to just dismiss you. First time getting glasses that they estimated the cost of my glasses before letting me even look for frames. Very unprofessional and felt like I was wasting their time. Glasses were extremely overpriced. My advice is see the doctors here but buy your glasses elsewhere.

I’ve been to Complete Family Eyecare several times to get glasses. All of the staff are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They assist you in finding exactly what you are looking for and are willing to work with you as long as required. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for an eye doctor or pair of glasses.

This review is in regards to the optician department as the eye doctor is excellent compassionate and very professional. Once we had our prescription. We looked at the eyeglasses available. The opticians were not very friendly & seemed generally stressed. The selection of eyeglasses was very limited. The opticians have an attitude there that is not very friendly. The sunglasses my wife picked are beautiful however the side frame is a bit too long requiring major adjusting for tightening. They should of explained that this style really isn’t the best option for her type. Also this was the only

Love this place! Dr. Lippi is very knowledgeable, friendly and answers all of my questions. Her staff members are happy, helpful, efficient and very customer service oriented. When my daughter first got contact lenses, they patiently spent over an hour with her until she was comfortable putting lenses in and taking them out. Office is clean, equipment up-to-date and overall it adds up to a five-star experience. Thank you!!
