We rented Timber Ridge home that was originally listed as a "luxury" resort. (They have since removed "luxury" from their listing). Although the view of Lake Charlevoix is amazing, the home is certainly NOT luxury by any means! The home is dirty, has bugs, the furniture is broken down, and the home is in great need of repairs and attention. Pictures on website does not reflect actuality. Not worth the price!!

We had a wonderful week-long stay at a beautiful home north of Harbor Springs along the tunnel of trees. Holiday Vacation Rentals were great to deal with making booking and payment easy. They also sent along tips for nearby beaches and places to eat. The home was amazing, very clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the large screened in porch area. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook great meals. Surrounded by woods, this property felt very private and we saw lots of deer. We would stay here again.

We arranged our rental through this company and were very pleased.
Our family of 11 stayed at the Turret House in Birchwood Farms. It was a lovely, clean house. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, knives, dishes, and other kitchen items. The decor in each room is attractive and functional. The only problem we had was that the sink backed up the first day we were there. Management sent someone over to address the issue. It was partially addressed, but we were not able to use half the kitchen sink the rest of the week.
The pool at Birchwood is very nice, and all of the staff we encountered

Had a wonderful experience at Petoskey Grove. The house was cleaner than almost any other place we've visited. We had many places to sleep and loved the firepit in the yard! It was great to have wood there for us! Appliances were lovely, kitchen was stocked with everything we could need. The stairs leading up to the second floor were very shallow and steep, so we were a little worried about kids falling. You will definitely hit your head if you're not careful upstairs, but the creative bedroom configurations and # of beds were appreciated to fit our group. The second queen needs a new mattress

We rented the Eagle View Cottage from 8/22 - 9/5/2020
The house was exceptionally clean upon our arrival and is very comfortable and spacious. High above Lake Michigan, the view from the deck is amazing and a wonderful place to enjoy the birds and eagles!
The location is convenient to Harbor Springs and Petoskey for shopping as well as close to so many wonderful parks, preserves, beaches etc.
We look forward to booking another trip here in the future!

My husband and I spent a week at Eagle view in October. We were so impressed with this home. It has a beautiful deck that overlooks Lake Michigan. There are approximately 200 steps down to the shore, which can seem daunting, but it is well worth it. The home has everything you could ask for including cookware, washer and dryer, and nice towels. You should plan on bringing your own cooking supplies as there is a selection of spices but no sugar or flour or any condiments. As long as you plan for it it is not a problem though because you have everything you need to do your cooking including a nice

Rented the eagle view and it was a great experience! Everything was very clean, and there was enough room for the family, including our three month old son!
Pond hill farm and goodheart right down the road, and still close enough to petoskey and harbor springs so we could go out at night and enjoy the city!
BEAUTIFUL views of the lake, and the sunsets will take your breath away!
200 steps down to the beach is worth the walk back up! Looking forward to renting again!
