Services
Originally a creamery, the Stone Cottage vacation rental now accommodates 4-5 guests. There is a king bed in the sleeping loft and a daybed and trundle on the main floor. We are happy to add a roll-away if needed. We provide towels and linens. The stone cottage refelcts an architectural and historic charm that is rare in today's new-build world.
Cleaning Fee and Tax: There is a $70 cleaning fee for every reservation in addition to MI 6% Use tax. Payment: A 50% deposit is required to make a reservation via credit card. The balance is due when guests leave and payment can be made via cash, credit or check at that time. We welcome up to two canine guests in each cottage but not in the Argosy.
We have been living here and renting out the Century Farm Cottages as vacation rentals from May through the end of October for 16 years. Three years ago we decided to take the plunge and restore the barn. Before we lived here, Century Farm was run as a B&B, and prior to that a well-known boatwright, Chip Stulin, and his family lived here.
