Very smooth rental experience. House was better than advertised. We had zero issues, but help was just a phone call away if we did. Also, maids discovered an item we left behind, and it was mailed to me promptly. This was a guys hunting/fishing trip, but my wife loves the area also, and we definitely will be using Visit Up North again

Our family highly recommends this rental agency. We have always been impressed with their hands on, thorough customer service and so much enjoy their properties! We always bring our dogs into northern Michigan and always appreciate properties that will accommodate them as they are very well behaved. Thanks Visit up North!

I’ve rented from this company twice and both experiences came with pain points. This year we rented splash landing on long lake. Our family did a lot of cleaning to the property when we arrived. I have extremely sensitive sinuses and when I walked into the first bedroom I was instantly congested. It didn’t take me long to figure out that dust under the beds was the issue.. I am only sharing photos of one of the bedrooms but we ended up cleaning them all. We also found multiple stains on different sets of sheets. Obviously cleanliness is an even bigger concern in this post -2020 world, just

Truly appreciate the professionalism and processes of Visit Up North. They are a great vacation property manager, especially compared to some of the other on-line services. The prior year we used another on-line broker and couldn’t get any help when the property owner went off the rails a few months before we were supposed to visit. We ended up having to make a last minute - and very expensive change - to a lesser property. I swore then I would only use Visit Up North for Northern Michigan Rentals because of our excellent experience with them each and every time we rent.

We had a great stay at our vacation rental in Interlochen. It was a very comfortable rental that suited our needs perfectly. We stayed on a very quiet no wake lake. It was very relaxing. We had kayaks at the rental that we took advantage of. Visit Up North was great to deal with. They were very professional and courteous. We left some jackets and other items at the rental and they were holding them for us. Overall, we had a great vacation!

My experience is somewhat different than a rental experience. I have had a studio rental under management with this company for about seven years. In the beginning things were okay, but as time went on I found the level of service and percentage of rentals dropped off significantly. I was approached and asked if I wanted to sell, and I decided that would be a good idea, considering that I am not in the TC area and my rentals were overwhelmingly diminished. I had one two day rental booked that the new owner honored, mid month in July, and nothing else all summer. When I came up to transfer the property

I booked a condo for a girl's weekend - near downtown TC. I found the booking process to be very straight forward and streamlined - no issues. VUNVR (Visit Up North Vacation Rentals) communicated everything very clearly & then some. I received emails and then I was also able to download their app to access all the updates, messages, general information. They called me the day before to make sure I had everything I needed and to touch base. They also posted all necessary information in the condo for easy access - trash locations, checkout instructions, parking locations, etc. The door codes were
