M T Cobbler has served the Connecticut Shoreline and surrounding areas since 1987. We are a full-service shoe center. We carry a variety of casual, sport, dress and work shoes and boots, all suitable for adding custom or pre-made orthotic inserts, or just wearing as is. We also offer full-service shoe and boot repair and custom or ready-made orthotics.
We also carry a full selection of shoe maintenance and foot care products by Aetrex, Apex, Lynco, Spenco, Tacco, and more. Our service area includes the greater New Haven area and the Connecticut shoreline, including New Haven, Fairfield, and Middlesex counties, and are easily accessible from both I-95 and I-91.

We can repair your shoes and boots, including heel and sole re-surfacing and restoration, orthopedic modifications, and professional shoe shining. We also make prescription adjustments to shoes, as well as special removable orthotic inserts.

He can fully rebuild birkenstocks, he has the technology!! The style was discontinued and a couple other shoe-repair places didn't offer the extensive birk repair I was looking for (as it is often che. Took a little time but worth the wait for the fantastic work if you're askin me! There's nothing like being able to re-buy a pair of well loved shoes that seemed well beyond repair.

Spent the weekend in CT hanging w my best friend running errands, one of them was a drop off at a show repair person in North Branford, CT .
I decided to get my beautifully worn La Canadienne boots shined. Well this master cobbler not only brought these boots back to life, but they are now even more comfortable.
I'm going to schlep (i live in NYC) all my boots to this guy!
