Great complex. Beautiful, clean, well taken care of. We had almost no complaints while living there. Upon move out is another story.
We have documentation that we are due back half of our security deposit and office management refuses to release it to us, takes weeks to respond to messages, and won’t give us an answer as to why we were never given our deposit back. It’s too bad because while we lived there they were so helpful that I would have considered potentially living there again in the future but the way we’ve been treated now that we’ve had to relocate makes me feel otherwise.

Me and my family moved here a year ago, it's a nice apartment and community, spacious and nicely designed, I gave it 3 stars to due always needing repairs, paying for water we didn't use, the blinds would always fall off, it had no good support and the consistent loud noises. We would always complain about our neighbors being loud and having parties almost until 1 am and I guess nothing was done about it because it kept happening, we even saw a fight almost happen. I always kept getting woken out of my sleep, We moved out due to the rent increase, but we enjoyed living here, close to everything

When we moved into this place our apartment wasn't ready. There were no doors on the cabinets or the bathroom. The place was infested with roaches. They had an exterminator come out and we still had to fumigate the apartment ourselves to get rid of the problem. If you're looking for great places to eat good luck. This place is right in the middle of a food desert. Save your money and go elsewhere. The rent is too high for subpar living conditions.

The staff was always friendly and helpful. Maintenance was does expeditiously. Parking was abundant, except when they did asphalt repairs. The major complaint I have is that the walls are a bit thin. I lived on the bottom floor, and at times the upstairs neighbors were pretty loud. And you could hear some neighbors yelling at each other at 2 in the morning. Other than that the community is great to live in.

Awesome job repairing our front door lock!!
We recently moved into a one bedroom one bath apartment and found out our keys did not work with ease. I submitted the request at their earliest available time slot and they showed up on time, we’re professional, and were extremely quick (within 5 mins). Awesome experience so far as a new resident
