If you love our system, which we know you will, take advantage of our rent with option to buy program. I hired Masters Water after getting 3 bids. The other 2 companies gave me amounts and did not offer the same service or warranty as Masters Waters. The salesman from Masters Water was able to speak with me with confidence.

Services
Mr. Masters knew the benefits of soft water for the cleanliness of the restaurant and for giving his customers spotless glasses and dishes. It also made great tasting ice tea and coffee. In 1944 he met a man named Jerry Roper that owned Roper Water Softener Co. in Downey, California and he decided to go into the Soft Water Business.
For environmental control of your household water supply, you can't do better than a Masters Supreme Water Treatment System. The inner tank is a heavy plastic blowmolded cylinder, surrounded by a fiberglass filament center tank and cased in a polished stainless steel outer tank. Stage 1: The raw untreated tap water is passed through a charcoal filter that removes undesirable taste, odors and chlorine.
Arizona has hard water; that's a given. But once you accept that fact, you have to decide what to do about the water at your house. Here are the basics: The U.S. Department of the Interior defines water as being slightly hard when it has from 1 to 3.5 grains per gallon of calcium and magnesium bicarbonates occurring naturally in the water.
The slippery feel after rinsing your hands, or taking a shower or bath, is the oil in your skin that comes to the surface to lubricate your skin, and is slippery when your skin is wet. Dry off and feel how soft your skin feels. Liquid soap, just use enough to cover a quarter in each cup, see how great your glasses look.

We purchased a Masters Whole House Water System in September 2011. In September 2021 we had David from Masters come out as it appeared to be not supplying soft water like it had been. David checked the 10 yr old unit and basically rebuilt the unit to like new condition and didn't leave until he was satisfied the unit was working perfectly. Our final cost for all the parts and 4 hours of his time? Just the $95 trip fee. Not only did we save over $3K on the initial purchase from what his competitors were wanting but the Lifetime Warranty from Masters is really that...Lifetime!

We are so lucky to have found Masters Water! That are a family owned/operated company since 1960s. We received many bids for a water softener system and all were $5000-6000. Masters Water was considerably lower than the other companies and included most things other companies charged separately. Ashley and David Bunch were so sweet and treated us like family. They were good with confirming when they would be there. They also took the time to educate me on the water system so we felt comfortable with maintenance, which is very little. The system is very quiet and the warranty is amazing! We are

David -the current owner really cares about his customers, making sure you get the unit that your home needs and it's working properly. We are very pleased with Masters Water, extremely professional, and always will to go over anything you need. Jerry, the grandfather, that started the company was a great person which was who we started the relationship with so it's in the company's DNA to make sure that the customer is always take care.

I had Dave the owner of the company do a service call today on our Masters Water System and his customer service is unbelievable. He explained what he was doing and did not mind answering my questions. I highly recommend this company as the unit and parts are made in the USA. He explained that he is very price competitive for new water softener units. The company was started by his grandfather in 1947. They even after a lifetime warranty which is unheard of in this day and age. Give Masters Water a call before you buy a water softener unit.

I hired Masters Water after getting 3 bids. The other 2 companies gave me amounts and did not offer the same service or warranty as Masters Waters. The salesman from Masters Water was able to speak with me with confidence. I scheduled the install and have been extremely happy ever since. The water in Arizona is terrible but not in my house. I can drink from any faucet in the house. When I do laundry I do not have to use the entire recommended amount of soap, only half so I am saving money. The dishwasher is the same, only using half the recommended amount and the dishes are clean! Showering

Masters water LLC.
Sounds good at first but beware. They are only interested in selling you a sub-par product. While they offer lifetime warranty it is only to the original purchaser. The water in the photo is from a unit that is only 4 years old. After contacting them and trying to come to terms on the repair process the only viable option they gave me was to purchase another unit from them so I can get the lifetime warranty!
This is horrible business practice. They won't stand behind their products but they will gladly take your money to install another inferior unit.

They gave a decent sales pitch, the product has a life time guarantee, and the price seemed fair.
However, the company cannot seem to keep their customers straight, I always had to leave a message when I called and half the time I did not receive a call back. Customers that came along after I did were installed. We moved along to another company, wasn't feeling confident that after the sale we would receive any better service!
