Yesterday I realized that I hadn't checked the salt level for my water treatment system in a long while. I was alarmed to realize there was almost nothing there! My plumbing company recommended Water Treatment Technologies to assist me. Andi was extremely sympathetic and assured me that I had not done damage to the system. I also thought my filters were due to be changed out on my RO system. She was able to get a service tech to my house within a few hours. Roberto was courteous and knowledgeable. He tested my water and said the filters in my RO system would be fine until the next visit

So very thankful to have found this company!! Our water softener had a mixed media bed and we had started getting black water after regeneration due to the carbon being broken down.
I had just sent out a generic project request on Yelp that was sent to a few different local companies. For whatever reason, WTT was the only one willing to come out to check out and fix the problem. And I'm so very thankful they were the only ones because man, talk about incredible service!
The owner, Andi, was very quick getting back to me about scheduling the service. We were able to get a technician out

I called Water Treatment Technologies and said we had been told our home water softener was no longer functioning properly and we had to buy a new one. It had been tagged on a home inspection. Planning to spend well over a thousand on a new softener, we booked their water tech to bring a softener. He checked our softener, closely tested the water from every tap, and said the inspection was in error, our water was FINE and we didn’t need a new softener! That total honesty is just so appreciated! If you want a water treatment assessment and a water team you can TRUST, use Water Treatment Technologies

These guys are fantastic, they normally replace our RO water filter every few years but recently had to replace my water softener. After doing lots of research we had them install our new softener and without even asking us they added a separate shut off and hose bib for no extra cost. I love how they went above and beyond to we do the loop for our home. From start to finish they always call us when they're on their way and they take care of any of our questions.

Paul at Water Treatment Technologies came out right on time and was friendly, helpful and professional. He answered my questions thoroughly and put me at ease. I've never had a whole house water filter system so he took his time to explain to me how it works and what it does. I'll definitely be reaching out to Water Treatment Technologies for other service as well! Thank you, Paul!

We had a Kenmore water softener which was only a few years old and where the plastic surround that holds the salt developed a crack. It may have had a warranty to it, but Kenmore (Sears) gave us such a hard time about it that we decided to call our home warranty company and see if it would be covered there. And, it was. They recommended Water Treatment Technologies. We worked with Andi and Paul at this company. Paul came out through my warranty company and inspected, and we were impressed with his thoroughness and knowledge. He didn't need to stay long, because it was clear that the Kenmore had

I spoke with the owner or manager of Water Treatment Technologies about water softeners and why hers were seemingly much more expensive than the ones that I had been looking at, at Sears, Home Depot, Lowes, and so on. She was very nice (I believe her name was Andrea or something like that). I liked her style, because she just lays it on the line. I spent some time researching what she told me, and she's really an excellent source of information. They proved later to have earned my business, because I did buy the softener from them. It's now been installed, and throughout the process we

I was introduced to Water Treatment Tech from my home warranty company. I was fully prepared to be told my water softener was not fixable and I would need a new machine. From the time I made the appointment to the time the technician left, everyone was great at communicating. Paul the technician came on time and quickly assessed the problem. He explained he has seen this problem before and had the parts he needed on the truck. Within a short time he had the water softener up and running. He could have easily told me it wasn't repairable and I would have believed him. He was certainly honest

Poor business practice! Called them (based on referral from my home warranty company) to change the filters in my RO system. I called them, made the apt. and when they came they stated they could not change my filter because my system was "too old" its a 2005 system. They then charged $89 for a 10 min service call and did nothing. JUST POOR BUSINESS. if you can't do anything don't charge me $89. Then they advised, we could have our $89 back IF we buy a new system (for $595) OR pay then to rebuild the old one at still over $300. I did some reviews and research and found a local company with great

Apparently for them to come out and just look at something they charge $89.00 and if you have One Guard warranty you get double charged just for them to say "yep it's broke" however if you let them sell you a new unit or fix it for more than your warranty will cover then you might not be out all that much. Sort of deceptive sales and service I would not recommended.

Terrible experience!!!! I had this company out for routine maintence of my RO system. They changed an exorbinant amount of money, to start with. Two months later, I found water pooled under my sink. They weren't able to get to me for several days, which left me without water, then were an hour late getting to my home, even after explaining that I couldn't leave for work till after they'd left. I will not be using this company and would encourage anyone looking to keep looking!!!!!

They are extremely overpriced and not friendly. I hired them to come look at a water softener. Basically they said that I have $400 worth of work and charge me $100 just to come out. I found a brand new water softener for $600 online. Second, I had them check the RO system. I replaced the filters myself and purchased better ones than they were offering me. Let's just say I saved $150 by doing it myself. These people are a rip off of the scam.

We have an aging 11-y.o. Whirlpool water softener. When a different service company wanted to simply displace and sell me their monthly softening rental service without even coming to assess my unit, I thought I'd get a 2nd opinion.
Paul at WTT came out two times in as many days to troubleshoot, reset, then make recommendations for a new control panel (or new system). They didn't even charge me for the 2nd visit! I installed a new $100 control board this week, and will be calling WTT to have Paul return to sync the rotor dial correctly.
I would recommend this company without hesitation

I hired Water Treatment Technologies to repair a leaking water softener. The unit was diagnosed with a leaking bypass, and it was replaced at a charge of over $180. A few days later I returned to the home, opened the garage, and found a small puddle of water around the water softener. WTT returned, and after examining the unit said that the tank was cracked, and the whole unit must be replaced. I asked why the bypass was replaced if the tank was cracked, and the tech told me that someone must have moved the unit. I explained to him that the house was vacant, and there was nobody to move it.
