Little to no help with resolving issues with the extreme amount of scale in our cooling towers, their lab tests are biased towards results which do not tell how our system is actually working, little if any help when they actually do show up, would rather sell their products then try to resolve issues, and they LOVE to fix the blame as opposed to the actual problem.
