During the COVID-19 pandemic it soon became impossible to fly my 90 year old Mum back home from Florida to Canada as the Canadian airlines had shutdown all their flights.
The only solution was to fly her to MSP airport and find a way to get her to the Canadian border, as the border was closed for me to enter the US to come get her.
I had called various ride services in Minneapolis to discuss my situation and did not find any company able to grasp the urgency of our ordeal, but that was until I called ReliaCar.

We had 7 women with 7 bags, I requested a transfer to and from the airport. I made sure to tell them that we are women we pack a lot. Unfortunately they showed up in a SUV. I was not happy because 2 of our party had to drive to the airport and park down there which was a stressful way to start a vacation. Bright side they didn't charge us for our whole trip which made it right and better. We were able to compensate for the airport parking and her stressful drive to the airport. Just a side note 5 is the max for the SUV.

Just arrived in town for short visit and decided to call ahead for a limo vs a rentsl. What a pleasure! The driver was right there when I came out of the terminal, with a beautiful limo. Pleasant drive, friendly driver, very efficient. Accepts credit cards.

I can always count on a stress free trip to the airport. I recently rode in their new Tesla. It was an amazing experience. Very quiet and smooth ride. People were even taking pictures of it while the driver was unloading my bags. The drives are professional and polite. I highly recommend this company.
