The best service ever. They listened to me explain what I was going through with my car. They asked questions that I understood. They kept my car overnight and made sure I knew it was locked and secure in their building. They determined that it was a brake light switch and had to order the part and would fix the next day. When I picked my car up they were very polite and courteous. Community Car Care is top on my list. I will definitely be using them for all my future needs. Thanks to everyone at Community Car Care.

Always a positive experience at CCC. Excellent communication on what is going on with the vehicle. And realistic expectations on timing. Friendly staff that provides great customer service. The two main guys that I've encountered to run the front of the house are consistent and very respectful, both in-person and on the phone.
I only came for an inspection and emissions testing, but will definitely be back for any other repair/diagnostic services needed for my car.

Community Car Care was truly a lifesaver while in a pinch. I had low air pressure in my tire first thing in the morning. I called a few places and noone was willing to get me in that day. After calling CCC and speaking to Tina, they got me in immediately, fixed my tire while I waited in their waiting area and had me in and out quickly. They have a nice sitting area that is clean and comfortable and accommodated myself and my toddler. I will continue to use CCC from now on. I appreciate their professionalism and kindness and would recommend them to anyone!

I recently took my truck to community car care after not having driven it for 2 years due to transmission issues and various leaks looking to get it ready for road use. Chris and the front desk staff were very patient with my questions and concerns about the truck and were honest about what was wrong with the vehicle, which can be difficult to come by when you don't know where to look.

I had a Groupon deal for an oil change and called to make an appointment. When I called, the person at the other end was very pleasant and got me in at a convenient time.
When I arrived, the customer area was very clean and the person at the counter, who may have answered the phone was very pleasant and professional. They had me in and out in a very reasonable amount time.
When they were finished I asked what I owed him and he said "Nothing, you had a Groupon". I've had a Groupon before, for an oil change at another place and there were rag disposal fees and other additional fees

So I was charged two hours of labor for a job I was originally quoted only an hour. I received quotes from four different places and they all quoted me one hour of work; however, I wasn't able to use them due to the time it would have taken to have my car returned. Highly disappointed, because this could be a really easy and convenient local business to use with major and minor car repairs.

Great place for all your car needs! I have been coming here for a few years now. They have convenient hours even on the weekend. They have a clean and inviting lobby with complimentary water, coffee, mints and a TV. The staff is friendly and professional and most importantly, responsive to phone calls. I have had safety inspections, tire services and engine diagnostics done. My family has several mechanics in it (and I run everything by them), and unfortunately, they live kind of far away... but luckily, Community Car Care is close by and trustworthy. So far, I haven't had extra, unnecessary

I officially love this place after my car troubles made me find a place around here that would fix the problem and not rob me. I was referred there by friends and I received great treatment. Tina in the front office typically answers the phone and in my interactions with her, she's very interested in making sure that customers are happy. I needed a part put in that cost a pretty penny but I had the opportunity to get a used part for hundreds less. I was glad that I was provided that option. Best of all, they had a loaner car that I could use while my car was getting fixed. They don't have this

They were amazing about fitting me in last minute fir an oil change. The manager is always helpful (PJ) and accommodating as much as possible. Always pleasant and willing to help. I've had several services done through out the years abs appreciate their honesty. They let you know what all should be addressed with the vehicle and which items are more necessary than others .

Visited Community Car Care to renew my safety and emissions inspection and had a wonderful experience. The customer service was great and the inspection was fast. We walked in on a Saturday afternoon expecting it to a huge wait time before we were seen followed by a longer wait when the car is actually getting seen. Let's not talk about the engine mounts these guys installed on my Civic about five years ago shattering inside 18 months. No, let's discuss one man's desperation for an emissions test and the only place "open" being Community Car Care. Against my better judgment, I drove out to get the test, only to find out that the inspection guy apparently closes up shop at 3:30 on Saturdays. You may say, surely that's posted somewhere, right? Wrong. No revised inspection hours are posted anywhere. In fact, it still says inspections are 8-5 on the window right next to the door.

First, you walk in, and everyone was wearing a mask. That's a win. You care about not getting other people sick. Second- I went in to get my tire pressure checked and the guy just offered to do it for free. Im good at a lot of things, but checking tire pressure is not one of them. Even googled it- no go. On top of an already stressful day, getting the tire pressure light on was not a fun thing to see and I envisioned dramatic tire explosions in the middle of the highway. They were kind, even woo-sahed me, and gr the car tires all back to normal.
