I have lived at Echo 116 for 3 years now and could not recommend it more. Between the parking garage, elavator, helpful leasing and maintenance staff, location and fair rent, this is the best place around. If I need maintenance to come to my unit I open a ticket on our intranet and am contacted nearly immediately and any problem is addressed. This is huge for me as I hear horror stories of bad maintenance/leasing staff at other places. This is my first apartment and I absolutely love living here. All of my neighbors are very friendly and conscious of everyone else. You need a code to get into the

I lived in this apartment for a year. I really enjoyed living in this apartment, and the management was very friendly. They were quick in response to resident's issues. But I must say that there are thieves in the apartment. I do not know if it was on of the residents, or outsiders, but I left my shoes and saddles outside of my house for few hours, because I was going to go out soon, and people took my shoes. Sad to say Goodbye. We were fairly new immigrants to the USA, so when our daughter had to move from Santa Clarita to Orange County for work we were nervous but the moment we selected Echo 116 a d connect to Favon the fears were put to rest and my daughter had an amazing experience for the one year she lived there. She was very sad to leave had it not been for Covid she would still be there. It was comfortable and safe. Management was very prompt to respond to queries. Central location. I loved visiting it was close to Disney and the apartment so so comfy. Thanks Echo 116.

Don't give these people a holding deposit; it'll take upwards of a month to get it back. I applied for an apartment on June 15th and was told twice within a 48-hour timespan that were I to be denied the apartment, I would receive my money back within 3-5 business days. I was denied on June 17th, and was told again that I would see my $199 holding deposit back in my account within 3-5 business days.
5 days went by and when I called to ask Alyssa, the leasing manager, about it, she said "Oh, yeah it takes between 7 and 21 business days" to which I said absolutely not - you told

I've lived here for about a year now and I love my place! The apartments are newly renovated and very modern looking. The staff is always so friendly kind and attentive especially if you need anything fixed there always right there to accommodate you. It's gated, safe, and always clean inside. Would recommend to anyone looking for a comfy space

It’s been couple of months living here and till now seems so far good. New management is trying to improve the infrastructure and gradually things are improving. It’s worth for money.
As every apartment has pro & cons this one too have some cons like wall are so thin and you can hear your neighbors.
Parking only for one car.
Many homeless people around as it’s near to my anaheim plaza.

I’ve been living here for 3 months now, so I guess you can say probation period is over with. Haha. I’ve enjoyed my stay living here. The apartment complex is always kept clean, floors are mopped and mats outside your door are vacuumed. I like how neat they keep the amenities for us and our guest to enjoy such as the pool, gym, ping pong table, etc. The manager is welcoming and you can tell she’s there to make changes for the better. There’s a pool table now which is a plus for us guys that like to get in a game or two here and there. The downside are the thin walls as to why I didn’t

Lived here for a year. This place is so dirty. Maintenance does not keep it clean. Trash can in the dog play area is overflowing with feces for months. The walls are filthy in the hallways. They recently renovated the apartments, but used cheap materials and it is falling apart already. They painted my kitchen before I moved in and didn't bother removing the contact paper in the cupboards which is VERY obvious. Old plumbing and wiring means things are constantly not working. My expensive stand mixer shorted out.

Quite tenants. Common areas are always clean. The plumbing is an issue once in a while, but everytime I've had an issue, the maintenance man is at my door in no more than 30 min. The pool is always clean and it's rare to see someone in it, good thing. They always are shutting the water off WITH a 24 hour notice, ggod thing. The laundry rooms are indoor (: There is an elevator! The building is secure. The gym is sad but makes great workout space. I would recommend this place.
