Very good people and place to shop. I called ahead and when I arrived at the store , my items were neatly placed in a bag and ready to go. It took more time talking and getting to know them vs picking up my order. It's nice to know that kindness and old fashion customer service still exists. Thank you for caring and making this a wonderful shopping experience. I will recommend this medical store to all who I know.

I called them with my insurance company on the line with me, spoke with the manager about a product and than he transferred us to his secretary and she was Rude as ever, very nasty attitude, we hung up and my insurance representative said wow she was really nice, we both couldn’t believe how rude and nasty she was. I called the next day spoke with the manager I think he said his name was Woddy or something explained to him the encounter we had with her, he said he would speak with her and give me a call back, we’ll he did and he said after speaking with his secretary she said it didn’t go

Love, love, love this company and the people who work there. I called late evening as they were about to close and the store employee, Vanessa stayed opened until we arrived. I needed some items for my mother for Mother’s Day and we were coming in from out of town. Vanessa had everything ready for us, we paid, it was well pass the time that the store closed, but she did not mind at all. If we are ever in need of any more medical supplies, we will use Seniors Medical Supply, Inc. Their slogan is, “caring is what we do best”, I am a true believer.

We visited Senior’s to find a wider tip for my mom’s cane so it would stop falling over when she puts it down. We were welcomed when we entered the store and quickly assisted to find the item we needed. An explanation of how to install it followed. Then our many questions about canes and other products were patiently answered. I would definitely go back for future needs.

I bought two wheelchair batteries from Seniors in Sept 2014. They did not perform well, so I had them tested at Alamance Starter and Alternator and was told they we unhealthy. Then I called Medicare to see if paperwork had been filed for payment by Seniors. It had not, so a 3-way call was made to Seniors to attempt to get a filing. Seniors replied that I had bought the batteries 6 months ago and they would not file my information nor would they take back the batteries. I have a receipt for the purchase dated 9/4/14. Today I used them for two hours till they died. I am unable to travel anyplace
