Emerald Transformer overall is not a great place to work. Don’t get me wrong, they do have some really good people working here, however, the good people are all lower level employees. It is the senior management in the company, i.e. CEO and the CFO, who do not care about their employees and are only concerned about the almighty dollar, pulling 6+ figure salaries while their plant workers make barely 10 dollars an hour. My family and I moved cross country for Emerald Transformer because they promised us a lot of great things, but when it came time to deliver they lied about everything. On top
