Green Card approval in three months!
Richard did it for me and my family,
of course it took a lot of preparation, paperwork, research, and time… but he did it!

I cannot imagine where my wife and I would be without the services of Mr. Hujber and his associates. We had previously hired a different attorney who was very communicative and encouraging....until he got our money. After that we couldn't get a hold of him for anything. Thanks to Richard I am still living an American dream, he took my case so serious even working on a Sunday on my case no other lawyer would do that. My case was extremely difficult if not impossible, at least 8 other lawyers around the country told me, no one would take my case until Richard did. I was on an ankle monitor and a plane ticket ready to leave the country on July 3rd 2018 he was able to stop my deportation with in a few hours. It didn’t matter that I am married to an American citizen and have 3 daughters and being in USA 20+ years. Richard is extremely professional and well connected
