I have had a great experience with the Trophy Shop over the last three years. These guys are the "Best" at customer service and do quality work. They work hard to please their customers. Best Trophies & Awards is the BEST store for all your personalized gifts. In addition to trophies and awards, BTA offers a large assortment of items that can be personalized. I recently ordered a gorgeous, piano finish wine box, with wine bottle tools, personally engraved, as a farewell gift. The box was perfect! BTA is my "go to" store for that special gift for that special person or event.

I ordered a custom made trophy from Best Trophies, expecting a professional product. When the trophy arrived, it was detached from the base, looking as though the company used inferior glue in order to attach it. I contacted the owner, Bruce, to discuss options. The owner's response was not only unhelpful but rude and unprofessional. He stated, "File with UPS and just glue it yourself." The box was undamaged, delivered in perfect condition, and packed tightly. I believe the problem is with the epoxy that Bruce used. I said that I was disappointed because I went with a professional for a reason

I was looking for an award to celebrate my son earning his Eagle Scout award. This location carried a fantastic selection of Eagle Scout trophies. They also offered many options for lettering. Best Trophies is definitely worth a look. My son loves the eagle trophy, and it was just what we wanted.
