Services
At this time we are only taking orders via our mobile application available in the App Store or Google Play. Payment must be cleared by noon of day of delivery, in the event payment is not cleared DropMint will hold onto your order until payment is successful. For 1st time orders please put your WASH, DRY, FOLD items in a garbage bag labeled WASH N FOLD, for DRY CLEAN OR LAUNDRY & PRESS items please put in a separate bag labeled DRY CLEAN.

Recently moved into a new apartment with no washer and dryer. Im a student and work full time and don’t have the free time to spend hours each week at the laundromat. DropMint has been an absolute dream. I just leave my clothes by my gate and they always pick up/drop off on time.
I opt for the Wash and Fold and it can be a little pricey but the amount of time I save not having to lug my laundry to a laundromat and fold all my clothes is totally worth it. My clothes come back folded, wrinkle free, and look great. They even pair the matching socks together!

They were willing to work late to get our order back in time, and stayed in contact the whole time! Dry cleaning was great, we got a nice reusable bag and they got some stains out of a couple of my blazers, but the customer service is what really stood out to me.

I’ve been using DropMint for quite a while now and will never use another service. The quality is good! Always on time! The drivers rock! Dominic always goes above and beyond! Even made a trip back because I forgot a bag! Try it out! You’ll never do your own laundry again! Oh, and John is not too bad either! I think he owns the joint or something! Super responsive!

Have been a loyal client for the past six months, mostly for my AirBnB business. Recent holiday order of bed linens was returned with massive wrinkles and black hairs so I emailed hoping for some assistance before my holiday Guests arrived. A representative named ERIC called me on Christmas Eve Day, to inform me that they have 587 accounts and they should be charging me more for each order! After a lengthy conversation, ERIC suggested that perhaps I was not a good fit for their business model. No accountability.

The theme of motherhood these days is "outsourcing". I've done several services - child care, housekeeping, groceries, etc. Mothers of SoCal hear me THIS is your best value for "outsourcing" a chore and they are the best priced in my area. Dropmint is fantastic.

I love DropMint! I have been using the service for about half a year, and it is one of the best decisions I have made. It saves me so much time, and my laundry always comes back folded nicely and smelling great. The convenience of having it picked up from my front door downtown is incredible, and it is far more affordable than I assumed. The next day delivery is AWESOME. I highly recommend DropMint!

By far the best and most efficient laundry/dry cleaning service I have ever dealt with! They make it very easy to schedule a pickup and drop-off for all of your clothing/linens/blankets (no additional charge) and typically have a 24 hour turnaround. On top of that, DropMint's dry cleaning rates are just as good (if not better) than any local Laundry & Dry Cleaning Service that I have experienced in San Diego. Highly recommend!

I learned about dropmint from a friend of mine who had used their services. I don't have a laundry room in my apartment complex nor laundrymat near me so I decided to give them a try. I've used dropmint several times now and each time I'm impressed at how quickly and efficiently my dirty laundry is picked up, washed, and returned cleaned and folded all within a day! It is really nice being able to track where the the delivery drivers are so that I know when to put my laundry outside for them to pick up also, I like to be able to catch them so that I can leave them a little something for their hard

Love love love this service so easy to use clothes are picked up and delivered the next day they supply laundry bags and different services wash and fold our favorite dry cleaning and wash and no fold have never had a problem with an order and if they're running early or late get a text or phone call from driver to let us know of status very wonderful customer service would recommend to anyone who needs help with the laundry chores

This is the best laundry wash/fold and dry cleaning service I have used! I've lived in NYC, Miami and New Orleans and DropMint is the best in the industry. They are professional and do a great job. The quality of the work is best in class! I would highly recommend using this service. Even if you just need dry cleaning or a blanket washed I would not go anywhere but DropMint. I've tried a couple places in the San Diego area and I can say that I don't have to look any further. Try the extend service as well for those on a budget. They can wash and sort. I use DropMint every other week for laundry. I love the price, the 24 hour turnaround time, and the convenient app. I love getting my clothes back folded and organized! I also love the laundry bags they provide.
They've been great about texting me when to expect a pickup or drop off, and have let me know immediately if they expect a delay (the only time was when I last minute asked for a pick-up towards the end of the day).
My only complaint is that stain removal isn't great, particularly for my toddler's clothes, though I've never specifically requested stain removal. I

I relied on Dropmint for ALL my laundry needs, and now I'm left scrambling for a new laundry service right before Christmas because they've gone MIA across all mediums, very unreliable. I dealt with all their BS and low-quality work just because there was a process in place
