I'm very impressed with the job that was done with the home inspection. I was present and so what is thorough job he did. He even used a laser level to check the level of the floors, thermal imaging scan tool and also checked for moisture with a meter. He took many many pictures and left no detail untouched. Of all the choices of home inspectors you could use I would choose all clear every time. He was very patient and never hesitated to stop and explain everything he found. He wasn't too picky condemning every little thing but used wisdom to explain options.

We are in the process of buying our first home and had Carl come in and do our home inspection and were so pleased with his inspection report! It was incredibly detailed with many photos and detailed descriptions that are very helpful in deciding what we would like fixed. He was able to schedule us promptly, confirmed the appointment time and even called afterwards to make sure we got the report and if we had any questions. Highly recommend using them!

Carl recently did a home inspection for us. He found some issues that kept us from getting in over our heads before we committed to a house at the top of our budget. He made himself available for conversations after his inspection to discuss order of importance of repairs. Given that this was my first home buying process, I was very pleased with the level of service I received from All Clear. I will be using him in all future inspections and referring him to everyone I know!

Carl performed a Buyer's Home Inspection for us. A lot of the stress of buying a home for us comes from fear of the unknown. Carl did a very thorough job of finding and explaining major and minor issues, how they happen over time and what some potential fixes might be. It was easy to ask questions and I felt that he had only our best interests in mind throughout the inspection. Very professional, experienced and relatable. I would highly recommend!

Carl helped inspect a house I was under contract to buy. From the very beginning, he was quick to respond to questions and setup an appointment within the first couple business hours after I put in the request. Carl emailed and texted me to confirm, and stands by his "call or text me anytime" statement on his site!

Having just moved to Tennessee my husband and I had no recommendations for a home inspector. It is nerve wracking just to randomly pick someone. All Clear Home Inspection produces the most detailed inspection report I have personally seen. They left no stone unturned.
