We had 3 different home inspections in a month - first one after agreeing to repairs based on the thorough home inspection, the sellers reneged on deal; second time we withdrew from offer based on major repair & structure issues found thru the detailed home inspection; third time we were given a courtesy discount due to 3 in a month and when cory couldnt get access to attic he went back a 2nd time at no additional charge to insure the full inspection was completed - he explains his findings as he is inspecting and is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, professional and helpful - would not hesitate

Cory recently performed an extremely thorough home inspection on a house we are buying. His communication before and after the inspection was excellent. Cory was very professional and answered all of our questions, and took the time to explain how issues with our home could be repaired. He was very thorough while doing the inspection and any issues he found, he explained to us why they were issues, how they were created, and if they were major or not. We received a very easy to follow, detailed report, that we see now able to use as a check list for repairs and bucket list items. I would highly recommend using Cory for any home or property inspection.

Mr. Dillon was absolutely excellent! He was thorough, professional, and very knowledgeable and insightful. He took the time to explain every detail of what we were seeing, explained how that certain appliances worked, and took the time to explain how go about necessary repairs.
