I often hear what other's thoughts are on home inspections and home inspectors in general. I try to change that perception on each and every inspection I perform. My inspection is NOT a "checklist", hit the high spots type of inspection. I meticulously evaluate and report on every portion and component of the home I possibly can.
Performed during a real estate transaction's "inspection period", this Inspection and accompanying report will allow you to make an educated purchasing decision. This visible inspection will alert you to damage, components that are past their typical life span, safety hazards, and any other significant deficiency of the home.
I perform one home inspection daily, starting at 8:30am. I do this as I never want to feel rushed to complete an inspection, your potential home deserves my full attention. Inspections typically last between 2.5 - 4 hours, dependent upon the age, size, and condition of the property. Pricing is based on the finished square footage of the home, and the age of the home will come into play on homes built prior to 1970.
A home inspection is an unbiased evaluation of the condition of the visible and accessible items and components of a home as defined by the Tennessee Standards of Practice. It is most often performed during a real estate transaction, but can also be performed as warranty inspections and annual maintenance inspections.
I take the utmost pride in my profession as a Home Inspector. With that being said, I believe the following reviews speak to the quality of both the inspections I conduct and the reports I write. These reviews mean as much to me or more than the money I earn. Nothing makes me feel better than to know that a client was happy with the report I produced for them.

This will be the 4th time I've purchased a home and have never had a home inspection like this one! The knowledge this man has goes way beyond what any home inspector has that I've ever dealt with. He was in constant communication with me, and the depth of his report was incredible.
