Ben Torres and his team made what could have been a stressful experience--having my car hit in a parking lot--very easy to deal with. From the initial call on a bank holiday to helping arrange the repairs with Whitney's, everyone was pleasant and easy to deal with. I appreciated all of the explanations, patience, and help throughout the process.

I had nothing but good experiences getting policies set up, modified, and cancelled with Ben and his team. Most strikingly, when I called to cancel some policies at 5pm today because I was moving out of state, Ben spent 36 minutes on the phone with me understanding my unique circumstances and walking me through my options and their possible outcomes.

I had a great experience with Ben Torres. I asked him to use his notary public powers and witness at a document signing with my dad who is immobile because of a traumatic event and living at a rehab center. It's not something that State Farm normally does, but Ben volunteered to do it because of the extenuating circumstances. Although I'm only a State Farm Bank customer and I'd never worked with Mr. Torres before, he was kind and happily set up an appointment to travel to the rehab center and provide his services pro bono.
