This company used to be really good. The past year I have had nothing but problems. Lack of communication, I could only receive a return call when they wanted payment. Recently they seem to have become less knowledgeable about my policy. I waited for 2 weeks for an answer to a payment situation, which has yet to come. I finally had enough and switched. If you are looking for a State Farm agent, I would STRONGLY urge you to look elsewhere. We were transferred to Matt Fahoome after our State Farm agent sadly passed away. I have never had such a terrible experience with an agency. We were assigned to Ella, and while she is very nice, every encounter with her was a disaster. Adding a vehicle to our policy would take roughly an hour on the phone, even with us having all the info we needed right on hand. Activating vehicles from storage was also time consuming. (How is it that EVERY time we call, the computers aren't working?!) We would ask to be sent

I've been a State Farm customer for something like 15 years and have also had great experiences, but now have the opportunity to work with this office specifically for business needs and have been fortunate enough to work with Ryan Tarrow for the last 2 years. State Farm in general tends to have good customer service and good responsiveness. As far as claims, when someone hit my car (while I was parked, mind you), the agents here did listen to the story. They tended to refer me to the corporate office which I wasn't too pleased with. Though I understand that the nat'l hotline handles claims, I would prefer they look into my case on my behalf.
