Central Oregon Community College is where I began my nutritional journey after taking a basic nutrition class taught by an engaging teacher. She mentored me, and I continued on to Oregon State University in Corvallis where I graduated with a bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Food Management.
From there, I continued my nutrition education in graduate course work, while completing an internship program through Oregon Health Sciences University in Medford and the surrounding areas in Southern Oregon.During my Dietetic internship at a hospital in Medford, Oregon, I figured out that filling in nutrition notes in patients' medical charts was not for me.

My name is Michelle. I am 33 years old. I have spent countless hours being counseled and encouraged by Lindsey during my journey to better health. I can honestly tell you "Lindsey knows her stuff!" She is not only an amazing dietician, but encourages you and supports you in whatever way possible along the way.
I wanted to start the next day because I knew that there was always going to be something. And now I pick and choose the different things my husband cooks because he's the chef, and that's okay. And there are times where I do make choices. Sometimes I really miss cheese. And I have some cheese. And then I stop, and maybe sometimes I pay for that.
Our lives are lived on purpose whether we choose an unhealthy lifestyle or a healthy one. Here's the catch; either way we own those choices we make and the results of our actions or lack of action, it is our choice. Most of the time I feel we have good intentions for our lifestyle decisions so we remain healthy and can enjoy the life God gave to us and to share that life with those we love.
A passion for life expressed in the form of people and food, Lindsey M. Jones brings vitality and excitement to food and nutrition. She does this because she operates from the basic mindset that food makes a person; what you put into your body is what your body will in turn give back to you as you live life.
