We truly appreciated working with Thomas in our purchase of a CX-5. We have two other AWD SUV's and feel the driving experience of the CX-5 is superior. Also, Thomas was extremely knowledgeable on the Ins and outs of the car and we never felt pressured to buy the CX-5. It was by far the best experience we have ever had in working with a dealership. I had been wanting to get a new car for quite some time. However the experiences can be very intimidating and quite exhausting. My family and I were looking at cars, we new what we wanted, we just had to find "the one". I found a car on ther website and right away Carmen called me! Was time to get a new car. Didn’t want to go through the hassle of selling the old one to the public,so we thought we’d try to see what we could get for a trade in. We had a great experience shopping with Thomas. I’m pretty sure he had drawn the short stick when having to deal with me. LOL! I leased a new Mazda CX-5 from Herzog. The entire experience was super easy. The sales team is awesome, not pushy in anyway. They are very easy to work with and don't live up to the obnoxious car sales people stigma.
Now for the Service Team, they ROCK! they did the tint on my windows. I called multiple places in the Portland metro, even had a quote from a friend. They were competitive with pricing and gave me a really great deal. The tint they did WAS AWESOME. 10/10!

We had an overall good experience using the Costco member deal (which gives pre-negotiated pricing) at this location. They had a good selection of Mazda SUVs that we could test drive, and based on the Costco deal we didn't feel a strong need to haggle especially as the market is suffering with supply chain. We did have confusion regarding our employer Beneplace discount - we brought the Beneplace quote (which was slightly lower than Costco deal) and we were told we can't get that price with APR promotion. They just kept saying 'it can't get better than Costco deal'. It

I've never purchased a car in a dealership prior to this but Jay Jordan and the Herzog-Meier Mazda dealership made it a great experience ! It was fairly quick, easy, and I got a great deal on a great car ! After we signed, Jay made sure my car was detailed and that I got new tires, and even got me to keep an extra four snow tires that were on the car before ! Greg C. in service walked me thru the services that my car needed, explained things thoroughly, got me a loaner car while my car was being serviced and even found me am applicable coupon to apply to my bill. i've been looking for a new dealership bc i wasn't happy with the service at another dealership that i'd been going to for a few years. herzog meier wins my business and made me feel like they truly cared about me and my car! thank you Greg C for your professionalism and expert help!
