Just to tell us they already sold it. Won't even try show us another option, made us feel like we were not good enough to purchase a car from them. We had cash in had. Horrible customer service and business practice. The vehicle was not sold, still listed and available.

I recently purchased a newer truck here and was happy with the sales portion. Just after hitting 4,000 miles, things started to go wrong with the truck. No big deal I thought because I bought an extended warranty. Well, I will warn you the service department is horrible and will take their sweet time approving anything. I made repeated calls into service to get an update or information and nobody would return my calls. I had to drive an hour into Portland to speak with Will who is the manager for warranties, just for him to tell me I am one of 800 customers. So basically, now I'm out the first

Nice folks when you talk to anyone at the service desk. checking in to an service appt was not straightforward, but nothing new for a dealer service dept. no one acknowledged me while I was in my vehicle in the service line, despite several employees making eye contact. Yes, they were doing stuff, but not even a "hello, we'll be with you in a minute"
service itself was fine. They did the job, they texted me when it was done. Picking up was similar experience, no clear signs and employees pretending customers don't exist until theyre in the little booth.

I worked with Tyler on a deal for a specific Jeep I wanted for two weeks. As soon as the financing was approved, Tyler sold the deal out from under me. I had already purchased 2 flights to Oregon from CA. I would never use this dealership again. They made promises they didn't keep and I'm out $400 and a good 20 hrs of my time. DO NOT buy a vehicle here!!

Know before you go - oil change/tire rotation on a Wrangler will cost you $160.
Horrible customer service: I walked in (the person over the phone told me no appointments needed for oil change - it also says it on their website). I drove into the garage and parked, got out of my car and stood around looking for somebody to help me. Two people were on their computers, not helping anybody else, not looking up, not giving two sh*ts that I was standing there. I walked over and said I need an oil change and the man was visibly annoyed that I didn't have an appointment and told me it would be 4

I purchased a new (used) car through Lithia CDJR Portland this past weekend. My process began earlier in the week when I called in to schedule a test-drive appointment. I was pleasantly greeted by Larry, Sales Consultant, who let me know there were several options available in the make/model/year I was interested in. I suggested meeting Saturday morning to which he was happy to pencil me in.

1. I made an appointment for service today, got there and was told they are very backed up and won't get to my car until middle of next week. Today is Wednesday, so a week.
2. Couldn't speak to someone in order to make this appointment. If I had been able to talk to someone on the on the phone, they could have told me that they wouldnt be able to get to it for a week, and I wouldnt have WASTED MY TIME in the middle of a workday driving over here.
3. Used the text option, which sounded like I'd be able to communicate before making an appointment, and all the text
