We got hold of Mike via Home Advisor and he promptly called a talked for a while with my wife. She was impressed enough to hire MJ to inspect our new prospective home. He also agreed to do it in a very timely manner which was a relief and one less thing to get in order before closing! I asked if I could accompany him and he immediately agreed and further- encouraged it! I had no idea inspectors would welcome buyers like that.
We met at the property and went thoroughly through the house in a very professional and regimented way. He explained each step and why he was doing each step. It was great
