As a 25+ year veteran of the real estate industry I can attest to Gene's excellence in knowing his craft. He is a skilled inspector who has inspected detached, attached townhouse and attached condominium properties for me over the last few years. I find his approach to be easy going, his inspections to be thorough and his manner when dealing with clients to be non-alarmist. He is clear and concise in his explanation of issues, choosing only to discuss things that are of importance or are items needing resolution. He provides a clear cut summary page of recommendations and a detailed report outlining

I hired this property inspector, Gene Bobrov, to conduct an inspection in my newly-purchased used townhome. The Report was weak at best (very limited, unclear information, poor English, no equipment models or serial numbers, etc.). Right after the closing, many defects came out that he failed to find/discover and list in the report: 1. The door into garage was broken. 2. The kitchen faucet was badly and visibly leaking. 3. There were leak spots on the ceiling in several rooms. 4. The toilet tank was leaking.
These came out in the first week(s), and more problems may be coming to the surface..
