I have worked with George twice in the last year and both times were very good experiences. He is super responsive, goes about his work efficiently with an eye toward the details, takes the time to explain anything you don't understand, and is an all around nice guy. Though I haven’t actually worked with George, I met him today after getting my car stuck in the snow. George stopped and helped pull me out, which was greatly appreciated. When I’ve bought homes in the past, the inspections were quick, vague, and not at all helpful. This time I wanted something different. George was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and his detailed report went above and beyond expectations. Use his service to help guide your negotiations as well. They are insightful and impactful. He even stopped by a couple of weeks after the home purchase to do a follow up on an item he was unable to inspect due to the rooftop having a couple of feet of snow on top (Feb 2021 snowstorm). George is an extremely nice person and wrote a thorough report, however I am a bit disappointed. He unfortunately didn't notice that my floors weren't level, doors were mounted incorrectly, and other cosmetic things that are turning into a giant headache. Some of that is on me, but being a first time home buyer I hired an inspector for a reason.

George was clearly a professional through and through. I've had a number of inspectors in the past for various properties and I found him to be very thorough, courteous, clear, and patient as we went over the details of the home he inspected for me in Northfield. His use of technology was also impressive as he recorded notes digitally and via his phone via an application to make sure not a thing was missed in the report. George performed a home inspection for me on a recent home purchase in Deerfield. I was relocating from California and George's inspection was thorough and detailed. He took the time to walk me through each of his findings explaining what each meant and its' level of importance. We closed on the home and George has gone out of his way to connect me with his recommended providers to remediate some of the issues with the house. He demonstrates a high level of knowledge and his attention to detail, professionalism, and overall care for the customer is 'second to none.'
