Built by a friend of the renowned DuPont family in 1937, the three-story Sunnybrae Mansion is a beautifully preserved piece of history. With 6,800 square feet of Georgian Revival-style architecture and early 20th-century grandeur, the estate boasts a harmonious blend of family pieces, antiques, and reproductions.
The mansion features a breathtaking view with 10 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 3 kitchens, a living room, and a dining room. Thus, making the mansion the perfect place to relax in a traditional, colonial-style atmosphere. We're flexible to meet your specific requests and requirements, that's why we can also host weddings and other special events.

I have to preface this review that the owners are lovely individuals. I do not write negative reviews unless I feel the information lends to what I would've appreciated knowing when I was looking at making an informed decision. And certainly the nightly cost of this location should warrant informed choice.
My extended family was looking for a relaxing getaway. This place, with its charm and location, could have served this purpose. It has all the potential. But the level of cleanliness was so lacking that it was far from enjoyable. I am not a neat freak, but even the basic level of cleanliness
